  Only one Teller working vs 12 people in line , this branch defiantly need more bank teller , I feel this branch is over whelmed and can’t provide the service what we all customers deserves, FAST, curtious and friendly service . It’s not my first time noticed it’s most of the time is like this.

  Bank of America is a giant bank. I have been with them over 20 years and I am a preferred reward plantium. Please send some well trained bank managers to rescue this location. You have a failing grade (1.7 out of 5). Check the review. It’s very bad.

  This branch has improved. I had a good experience in my last visit. Atya Karim was awesome, very patient and very helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend this bank to everyone

  Long lines all the time. 5 counters and three reps work on most of the time. Unfortunately everyone has to wait, that's the best response I've received. Unfortunately, someone is doing a smart job and in turn clients have to suffer and stand in lines for 20min. Understaffed!

  There is only 1 teller at the front counter. she looks like shes new. puzzled and frustrated. No one is helping her. I waited 20 minutes and just left. I was the 2nd person in line. There's like 8 people behind me..

  20 min wait minimum at 9am when they just opened. Worst part only one teller working. 2 max. The other is working on night drops. Has been like this for years. Never gets better. Will someone ever fix this place? Your in the middle of a huge busy shopping center. Just. Terrible.

  Seema is very professional, helping beyond call of her duty, understands customers needs and provide timely solution. I recommend her service as 10+.

  The reviews are real. One teller at the counter. Employees/supervisors lackadaisically wandering about the lobby while we all wait. Didn’t even acknowledge our frustrations. Pretty abysmal customer service.

  I came into the branch to open CD account, I was called back by an associate. I waited for her for over an hour just to get excuses on how their systems were running slow and how I would need to come back the next day! Unbelievable!!

  I've been a Bank of America customer for 15 years. They have terrible customer service overall. This branch in particular has the absolute worst customer service of any Bank of America location in the entire country.
