  I had the most amazing and efficient process while working with Nick at First Heritage! Honestly, I didn't think I would be eligible to purchase, because I had been unemployed for so long! However, Nick made a way and was extremely friendly and available via email, text and phone; always available, always thorough! I'm interested in purchasing my first investment property and Nick with First Heritage is the first person I thought of to get the wheels rolling! These reviews are great for a reason; go for it!   We had a great experience working with First Heritage Mortgage Company. John Russell and his team comes highly recommended. We worked with John and his team from the start we got weekly updates on our new home being built. They worked with us and some of our issues and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We were skeptical during the initial process but John and his team of professionals ensured us to follow their advice and guidance, we did just that and moved in our new home two weeks ago. Again highly recommended cant say enough good things about John Russell and his team of professionals and First Heritage Mortgage.

  The experience was GREAT. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and responded to every question we had through out the entire process. It's been a long time since I purchased a home this experience was excellent. The only problem I had was the app didn't update our process. The staff did an excellent job keeping us updated so it was a small inconvenience but seeing the process would have been cool. Anyway thanks John Russel and First Home Mortgage and the entire team. So technically my rating would be a 4.5 but Google doesn't have 1/2 stars!!!

  I had the pleasure of working with the First Heritage team during my recent purchase of a Stanley Martin home. Todd and John were extremely patient and thorough throughout the process which put me at ease. John and Todd ensured the process was seamless from start to finish. Kiara was responsive while processing my document, and the weekly updates kept all parties in the loop as construction was completed. I highly recommend the First Heritage team as a lender. This team help me to achieve my goal of owning a home!

  John and his team were fantastic. They were a word of mouth recommendation. As a first time home buyer, they talked me through every single question that I raised. The paperwork process and application were a breeze. They kept things simple enough for a first timer, but thorough enough where I didn't feel like I was being led astray. They got me a great mortgage rate and were a pivotal part in purchasing my first home. They will be my first recommendation to my friends in the future.

  I was weary about using the builder's lender but John and his team were fantastic. They did not even need me physically, the process was simplified online. As a first time home buyer, they talked me through every single question that I raised and they presented thorough explanations and mortgage rates. Even when some issues arose regarding deposits, they found me another solution to make my first home purchase a reality. I am happy and looking forward to move!
