  Mike is the best at what he does. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and personable, he is great to work with. I've never had a client question where they were at in the process or "what does this mean?" when working with Mike, and have had many clients switch to him from other lenders after a simple conversation. I would highly recommend Mike and his services for buying a home or doing a re-finance, you will be glad you did!

  Mike is the best! He kept us up to date on changing rates, different financing options, and the application requirements as we went through the financing process on several different properties. Mike was always available to talk when we had questions and more importantly he was able to quickly provide us with the information we needed.   As a first-time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot of stupid questions. Mike Carney answered each of them with patience and clarity. Mike was straightforward and helpful throughout. He under-promised and over-delivered, whereas other loan officers at larger companies sometimes did the opposite. He took time to get to know us, was always responsive and had a great sense of humor.
