  I would not recommend this company's services. Unprofessional communicators + High disregard for customer service + Unwillingness to own up to misgivings = Deal Breaker If you're hunting for a CPA who cares about your success, navigates all the tax jargon/procedures/paperwork to file on time, and actively seeks ways to save you money through their expertise, then Sound Tax & Accounting is Not your match: Keep searching for your CPA. We used this company for both our business and personal accounts, and ended up having to pay thousands back to the IRS in taxes because of unclear communication and unprofessional tax guidance from this company at the outset. We switched providers and have been saving money since then! I would have put 0 stars if possible, and would not have taken the time to write this if I was not thoroughly disappointed with this company's services; I just hope no one else experiences what we did.

  Pam and Oralia are amazing! They are the accountants for my office Ferguson Architecture, and my personal accountants. Went through a divorce last year, so my taxes were complicated and messy. Pam handled every aspect with professionalism, tact and caring. These women are kind, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Can't recommend them enough.

  We paid them over $15,000 and had to have everything redone. They also showed us earning $100,000 more than we did. Every time we took money from one account and moved it to another they counted every deposit as income. They came highly recommended- Disastrous! I do not take giving a negative review lightly! My current book keeper is fabulous, communicates well and is reasonably priced. She also took the time to communicate with our accountant to understand how to prepare everything for him.
