Coco Starks1This is the worst ever, to wait hours in line on a busy day is ridiculous. 2 teller's on a busy day, come on people y'all should know it's the beginning of the month and people are trying to pay bills, staff the place properly. Don't use this bank, your blood pressure will go up!!!

Brian Stebbins1Don't bother trying to do a night drop in their drop box. You can't get the thing open without spending 10 minutes fiddling with it. We've told the branch manager, and even had him come out to show us how we should just play with it a bit to get it to open... The new keys they give you don't work any better.

ryan kim1Theres a huge line and only two tellers, waiting for a good 35 mins still waiting to deposit a business check, bank manager not taking charge to help with check deposits instead his making small talk with random customers, this place is poorly managed compared to other Bank of America locations

Topher Taylor1If a friendly, warm and welcoming banking experience is what you desire, do NOT go here! This bank's staff has the most atrocious behavior on the phone and in person. DE-PLORABLE. One star is still too high a rating for this "institution".

S P1Worst bank of america in Orlando by far. As a platinum account holder there should be some level of professionalism given seeing as how they hold so much of my money. Everytime I come in here it just seems like a complete circus and you feel as if you went to dental school to become a dentist because it feels like you have to pull teeth to get even a pen to write with. If you want to speak with a FSR you have to hunt down the person who is holding the iPad at that time, there is no help desk or greeter. After you find that person you're asked 21 questions and 9 out of 10 times I've been in there to speak to someone about something all you get is 'I'm sorry we don't do that in a location' or 'I can show you that on the app'. If I wanted that kind of service I wouldn't be stepping foot in the location. On top of that they absolutely do not want want to assist you more than they have to. The drive thru is even worse. You ask questions and you literally get no response and have to go inside. I'd rather be a patient at the hospital across the street than visit this branch.

D Lo1Came on a Saturday to make a depost. No outside teller was open. No atm was allowing cash deposits. The inside line was out the door. Bank cannot meet the demand of the consumer very sad. Will pull out my business account, checking, savings, utma, 529 Account very soon.

tanya anderson1I could give zero Stars I would I stopped being a Bank of America customer years ago when they charged me $350 in fees when my account had not ever been negative and they couldn't explain why they were charging me bees but today I went to the bank to deposit cash into my mother's who's dying of cancer and can't come to the banks account but somehow the bank doesn't accept cash really what kind of world are we in that the bank doesn't accept cash anymore you got to be out of your mind I will never bank at a Bank of America ever again. Funny that they have a 2-star rating does that make any sense I'm all about the New Millennium age but really cash!!!!

Sabine Filoni3People are nice, but it's inconvenient. We are not able to send international wires online. I have to wait 30 - 60 minutes every time. They tell me to make an appointment, but no one ever answers the phone.

Thomas Pleis1I came her as I was told to fax some documents from a location nearest me to their fraud department. I came here only to be told they cannot fax items to unverifiable fax numbers. I had given him the first, last name of the employee, phone number and direct extension, and fax number. How the hell can you NOT verify the employee within your own company. This place is the PITS. Cannot wait to end business with them.
