  I wish I had applied my mortgage here. Mrs. Kristina was extremely helpful, considerate and empathetic as I navigated a difficult home buying situation. The builder in not the easiest or best option for a loan. As rates continue to rise, McCoy has stayed competitive and offers great, personal service with the lowest fees. Every time I come to the Ocoee McCoy branch I feel welcomed and am always treated with respect. Thanks Everyone!

  I switched to this credit union a few months ago. They are what my old credit union used to be before they went downhill. I considered a bank nearby and they acted like they didn't even want my business. I'm glad I found this place and glad I made the effort to switch. No excessive fees and good customer service. Why aren't all banks and credit unions like this?

  Rather them then the big banks but every time I make a request it is somehow messed up. Setting up an IRA reoccurring transfer she set it to need after 12 months? I request large bills when cashing a check and receive all 20’s. I ask for the deposit to be place in my savings (it’s on the form) it gets deposited into my checking. 🤷‍♀️

  Kristine and her staff, management and leadership has made my banking experience so pleasurable and fulfilling. My family have accounts there and I have made referrals as well. The whole team is professional, friendly, and assures that my privacy is of most importance to them. I recently asked Kristine "why there's only one handicapped designated space"? She immediately took action and began inquiring about it. The entire staff acknowledges me and always provide service with a smile.

  I visited the Ocoee location and was greeted by Sean by name. This young man is always courteous, helpful and professional. When Sean is working with a customer he is totally focused on that person and he makes sure his customer is completely satisfied. He goes over what accounts you have to ensure that there are no missing needs that haven’t been met. Great job Sean! As a retired Sales and Service Bank Manager I would be proud to have him as team member as part of my team. I find that the team at the Ocoee office does go the extra step for their customers. If anyone is looking for a great place to bank, you just found it McCoy Federal Credit Union. Thank you for excellent service.

  I had to close my existing account and open a new one, as I had misplaced my checks. Sean Zwiefka met me at the front door and showed me to the office. There, we started the procedure and before we were completely finished, I felt like I had a new friend. It was especially nice since I lost my only child, a son last year. We got the new account open and his boss, Chris Smith came in and introduced herself. We all chatted and she was just as nice. It really made me happy and I’m glad that I came in, that day. The other person I’d like to thank is Millie, at the call center. She got things started by putting a hold on my old account. She also restarted my new account for Toni the teller so that I could use it. She held on, while I called it to be sure that I could. Thanks Millie, Sean and Chris for being so helpful and friendly, today.

  The best bank and Tellers in town. They are very friendly and professional . I’m always greeted with and smile. I’m amazed at the way they know almost every person by name. Thanks McCoy Bank for making banking so easy. Renee
