  This Bank has the worst customer service for a financial institution. Just walk into the bank and you’ll know what I mean. They don’t greet you. They don’t say hello. This branch needs a brand new team! Such slow and insufficient service. The people that work in the “rooms” are awful as far as service goes. Just go into the bank yourself and you will know what I mean. I’m surprised someone from their corporate office hasn’t done anything yet. Shocking! Closed all of my accounts. I’ve talked to others that have used this branch and they closed their accounts as well and took their money elsewhere. They took forever to even help me close my account! I cannot be the only one who feels this way about this particular branch. Seriously, get it together for whoever else still wants to bank with you!

  I only put 1 star because it wouldn't let me post. Bank of America located at 2130 Town Center Plaza West Sacramento, CA. Has the worst service, the teller's name that contributed to the bad service is Lyuda. Takes to long and rude to the customers. Worst experience I've ever had with BOA. Not even worth 1 star.

  This is the worst bank ever. There is never more than 1 teller. Every time I come in it takes 30 minutes or more. And the bank manager just comes out and offers coffee or water... What I really want is another teller.

  Don’t go here if you plan on withdrawing money from the drive-thur or inside. ATMs never work!
