  My wife and I had a great experience working with Exclusive Realty and Mortgage. Gil did a great job of explaining the local market, opportunities, and challenges with selling a home. The pictures taken were amazing and drove a lot of traffic to our home and help us land an above asking price amongst multiple offers. Gil was a great help in assessing the best overall offer. The concierge services added much value such as the moving kit, carpet cleaning service, and the use of the moving van. Special thanks to the inside staff, especially Anabel Ramos who was always there to answer our questions and keep us posted on both selling and then buying our new home. I would recommend to others.

  The whole Exclusive Team did a fantastic job helping us find our beautiful home! Our situation wasn't the ideal situation. We lived in Southern CA and could only come out to see homes once for only a couple of days. So they helped us narrow our options down to our best chances and most loved and went to work making our dreams come true. We are thrilled with our new home and neighborhood. The Exclusive Team really went the extra mile for us and we'll be forever grateful.

  I believe people's actions demonstrate their values and that is exactly what I saw from my experience with Exclusive. It's really special to see such a successful company grow as a business and still have such a huge heart invested in each client. Whitney and Anabel were constantly helpful and accessible. Saara was my first point of contact and from the minute she said they would do their best to help, she did exactly that. Owners Gil and Saara, are amazing people of integrity and they do care. I felt it, I saw it, and they helped a close family friend of ours during a very trying time. Thank you again for your positivity, honesty, compassion, and trustworthiness.   My husband and I have used Exclusive Realty and Mortgage on two different occasions. I highly recommend using their services. The staff is always ready to answer our questions regardless of the time of day. I had high anxiety when it came time to purchase my home, but they made the entire process easy and smooth. I never felt pressured to make quick decisions. This month will be our 4 year anniversary of purchasing our home and we still hold Exclusive Realty in high regard and are very thankful they made our dream of owning a home come true.

  We can’t say enough how wonderful of an experience it was to buy our first home with Exclusive! They somehow managed to make us feel like we were their only clients in this whole process. From the beginning, Gil made us feel assured that we were in good hands. Gaea was there every step of the way with us as we viewed what may be upwards of 40+ homes! They were responsive and also helped guide us without pressuring us. Annabelle was great with helping us organize and obtain all of the paperwork. Even in the midst of COVID, this was an amazing experience. Amanda and I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!
