Everyone was so quick to respond, and they checked in frequently just to let me know where we were in the process.   The team at Hawkins Home Loans was great to work with. We had a particularly challenging loan being self employed, with an SBA lien attached to the sale and purchase of our homes and further challenges of buying in a brand new development. Lori was not only able to execute the loan and close on time but was invaluable explaining our options for how to fund the loan. The entire staff was supportive, timely and professional.   Upon reaching out to Lori and her team our first contact was with Leni whom was amiable and helped us through the application process, answered inquiries and made sure we knew she was available for anything we needed.   I initially worked with Lori and her team back in 2019 when I bought a house in Sacramento. I have since worked with her 3 additional times. The most recent was this week to refinance my personal residence with cash out for some improvements. Everyone on her team is great to work with. The team works with various lenders so they will find the lowest possible rate. For example, when I bought the house, the rate was 3.99%, I refinanced 1 year later with a 3.28% rate. I recently needed to refinance again with cash out and the rate is 3.136%. I highly recommended everyone who is process of buying a house or refinancing the mortgage to work with Lori Hawkins team. I definitely look forward to work with the team in the near future.
