  The manager lady.. rude with fellow asians/south asians which is bizarre as she herself is Asian and would expect her to be empathatic. All other staff are polite and courteous, but if you need some paperwork you are at mercy of this lady. I went to get notarization done, and she says they can not do for a POA, where as another BOA branch in neighborhood were polite and did it very efficiently. Same happened once earlier too, when I wanted to deposit IRA amount, and she refused to deposit without account holder presence, where as another branch staff did without any issue once they checked my id. Avoid going to Bethany branch if you want to get any appointment work done, as it's a waste of time, go to other branches on Cornell/Tanasbourne. Hope someone at BOA fix this issue.

  Nice place but the Asian lady here she is a racist, they gat me and my wife waiting for over 50 minuets on appointment, only for another white couple to walk in and went right ahead of us. Without any apologies, she wasted our time, spoke Ashly and the worst part of it all is that she kept lying with impunity. Don’t t come to this branch, especially if you don’t want to deal with annoying attitude. Other staffs looks great to me that’s why I gave one star. Otherwise it would have been none.

  Because of COVID-19 and the new normal it would be strategic for them to open their drive through permanently. Their desire to save money ,makes banking there inconvenient.

  It's a Bank of America! Full service center with drive up teller, drive up ATM, walk up ATM, & mortgage offices. The staff are friendly. What else can you say about a bank?

  Distasteful! Checked web site for remaining open locations. Most closed. Bethany posted as open. Drove across town. Closed.
