  Terrible customer service at this location. Forget the druve through. 10 min before you're even acknowledged and then another 15 min to complete a transaction. And that's being first in line... Forget iy if you're two cars deep. Grab dinner while you wait.

  I would give them even less than one star if I could. I have to do business with them due to a corporate account. But their customer demeanor is terrible! Never a nice word - how do you do, thank you, have a nice day, NOTHING! Today at the drive thru, the teller couldn't even get off the phone to help me. And, the worst part is for deposits. If you accidentally tally the deposit incorrectly, they will NOT tell you! Instead, they hit you with a $7.50 service fee. I have even asked them to double check the math for me, and they have still done this to me twice. When you ask to speak to a manager or escalate it, they simply say it is "policy" and they can't change it in the computer. I shudder every time I have to interact with this branch.

  Very poor customer service skills and this is at almost every branch that I have been to. The only branch that seems to be friendly and professional is the Dawsonville branch. I travel quite a bit and often have to stop at different BB&T locations. They don't have a public restroom for their customers. When you ask if they do, they look as though you've asked them for blood. I wonder if the owner of BB&T knows that their employees attitudes are so aweful.

  Very shady bank. I don't advise anyone to use BBT. I had accidentally overdrafted my account by a few dollars. I received a notification but was unable to get to the back until after hours. I deposited the money at the ATM to cover fees and the amount. The next day I woke up to $108 in fees because my cash won't be "available" til Wednesday according to BBT. They don't care about there customers and have no interest in helping. They told me I should have deposited it earlier and need to deposit more to avoid more overdraft fees. Don't I repeat don't bank with BBT

  My wife and I are very pleased with this branch. Their customer service is very good. We recently went in for a home improvement loan and things could not have gone better. Very fast turnaround and very courteous interaction with the loan officer. Great job!

  The staff is great! Olivia, Stacey & Vicky are always friendly and prompt service everytime. They do have a restroom if you bother to ask to use it regardless of what the other reviews here have to say. Never had a bad visit at this location

  Nice bank, ok service. If using your debit card for gas, be sure to select debit or your transaction will be posted ad $1 for 3 days, which could cause inaccurate balances.

  They need to improve their ATM. It's out of service all the time and they charge me to go somewhere else. Guess they make more money by keeping theirs out of service.
