Mary2I'm glad David Bunch is still there, no matter how difficult my issues are, from money scams to loading bank app, he takes Care of it to the end. He's given me good financial advice for years. I've become to trust the advise I ask him for, he hasn't been wrong once so far. 1time he was working on finding a fake business that was making regular withdrawals from my account. Bank has rules about their overdraft fees...they keep taking them from your account, no ifs ands or buts. Both withdrawals, one after another, over and over was giving me panics. This was the first time it happened. David was with the teller making my deposit and saw an illegal withdrawal being made from my account. He made sure I got all my money and bank fees back(kept 1 OD fee) fixed my card, waited 8dys for bank. Stayed w/David since

Joey Bee1I like the tellers that have been there a long time. But on many occasions the bank will just be closed. No warning of any type. And the lines usually take way too long. I've never been impressed with this location. Their current hours are 10-2 but no signs or anything that say so.

brett bowman1This is absolutely the worst bank. Save yourself the time and frustration and do not bank here! Hold times are two hours or more and they don't speak English and they'll keep you on the phone for another hour and still aren't able to figure out your question.

Nicole Rivera2If you need to work with a banker, work with Celia. I went in to open an account for a local chapter of a national non-profit organization. Celia was willing and able to assist me without making the process difficult. However, her system was down. I returned the next day and was welcomed by Zejna, who was the opposite of Celia. She was the type of person who looks for every excuse as to why she can't help you or why there will be a problem with your request. In the end, she found a way to not service me and would not open the account because our national organization's EIN was linked to another account for a chapter in Pennsylvania. She did not understand the concept of a national organization having many local chapters and told me that I needed to contact this Pennsylvania chapter and have them add me as an authorized person on their account (yeah, made no sense). Celia tried to tell her a new profile could be created, just like they did all the time with other non-profits. However, Zejna would not do it. Perhaps there was a racial bias? I am not sure. But I was extremely disappointed at the poor customer service and insistence on finding a way to *not* help me with a simple request.

Muhibo Nur1BBT atm is garbage. I went to this location and the atm took my money and my debt card. I had to wait two business day for the issue to be resolved. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. It’s time for a change. Every since you guys decided to merge with sketchy sun trust. Here we are dealing with horrible service. I wish this was the first time but 6 times is too many times for me. You will no longer have my business.

Jalyssa Beatty1Shows they close at 5 PM I arrived at 4:20 and they’re closed when I called the voice message says that they don’t close until 5 so it was a waste of my time going through traffic for nothing…. They need to update their hours for people to see

John Frazier1The customer service at this bank is terrible! I’ve tried to use this branch on 3 different occasions and each time the people working there are rude and disrespectful. They also seemed to make up their own rules - totally different procedures at the Loganville branch and they people there are helpful and friendly. Would give Snellville Branch zero stars if possible!
