Kathleen Corazzo2Too crowded! No parking, lot CRAZY narrow, and WAY too much traffic! Clientele not to my liking, either. Will NOT go here again - it happened to be the closest branch on my way to Costco; otherwise I would NOT have chosen this location. VERY HEAVILY TRAFFICKED, an the line was almost out the door!! Granted, it was on a Saturday, but it was around 11:30am and it seemed as though this is a common scene at this location.

WG Consultants5We have absolutely no idea why the bad reviews. Now back then we hated them but during their transition to new management and their improved business model, they have been great! We don't have mysterious withdrawls like Chase, no restrictions like Wells fargo. Intelligent staff UNLIKE First convenience bank. They work with you, if you run into a problem from a store trying to jip you, BOFA will do what needs to be done without messing around.

chris lamb1Ok every time we go in here to cash a check that is from f***ing "bank of America". It's at least an hour process. They act like they dont want u to cash the check there like it's their money. And just because we don't have an account we get treated like we are second class citizens and shouldn't even be in there. F*** that! F*** u bank of America! I'll never have an account with u and ur lucky my boss has an account with y'all otherwise u would never see me again. Never have had this much problem with a bank ever!

Colton Maxwell1Bunch of idiots work here. I have had a Bank of America account for less than 2 weeks and have yet to be able to use it for literally anything. These people somehow managed to lose 200$ cash and a 100$ check given to me from my grandfather, written out to me, and somehow either flat out lost or, or deposited it into someone else's account out of stupidity. Now I'm missing my car payment because I'm out the 300$ they lost that I needed to use towards it, and I'm having to HOPEFULLY get it delayed until they can somehow resolve this issue. It's flat out ridiculous and i for sure will be canceling my Bank of America account the second I get my money back. Terrible service.

Tim Sparks1This is the worst branch I visit. Unfortunately for me the location is prime, but the service is despicable. Every time no matter what there is a line just to see a teller. You assume they would have an officer that could come help out when the lines stack up. Not to mention that you have to wait about an hr any day of the week just to talk to any one to make account changes. Avoid this branch at all cost.

Traci Monroe2I was just in this branch of BoA. I'm extremely dissappointed in the customer service I received. I have been a BoA customer for over ten years now. I have my checking, savings, and mortgage through this company. I came into the branch to deposit some rolled coins and was refused. I understand that the banks policy is now to send the coins off in a bag to be counted. However, every time I've tried this method, the coins have not been counted properly and I've lost money. Granted the amount of money is minimal, but I don't feel like I should be shorted any amount of money due to machine or human error. Therefore, I asked for the coins to be counted and deposited, all of which would have taken five minutes tops, and was denied. I'm even willing to put my account number on the rolls of coins, so that if they happen to be short (which they will not be because I count them out and roll them myself), you can take the difference out of my account. I cannot believe that it would be the banks policy to make things more difficult for their customers, but this is exactly what is happening. If I send my coins in, I have to deal with the hassle of coming back in to the bank and trying to get things set straight or just deal with losing the money. I've lost money already in the past because of this policy. It's like paying a fine for the bank's mistake. It really would take all of five minutes, if that, to place the coins I brought in into one of the coin counting trays, see that they are all there, and credit my account. I don't understand why this small amount of customer service is too great of an achievement to ask of your branch. I could understand if I were bringing them in asking for cash, but I'm not. I'm asking you to put MY money into MY bank account. This should not be an issue because as bankers, it's your job. It's sad that I feel the need to seek out other banks with better customer service over meer minutes of BoA's time. I've been with BoA through many different changes as far as how coins are counted, deposited, and handled, this is just ridiculous though. I shouldn't be made to feel like a criminal for asking the bank I use to provide decent customer service.

Chirag Sompura1Worst service every time I go up there slow service and never things get done . Never want to work and help customer ( not customer friendly) . Never in one time visit even with appointment just talk all about but but not complete task. 5 min work stretch to 1 hour so they have help less customers. Is this service you offer?

Joe Valdez1One teller and a line everytime. Does not matter the time or day you will be here for a while. This is bad for business because it takes employees out of the office for long periods of time just for a deposit.

aubrey kollatschny1The asst manager Martinez has no clue what he's talking about even with a BoA employee on phone trying to tell him how to do it he couldn't figure it out. Went to BoA on Elderado and had no issues at all. Also this bank is VERY slow. Always a long line because only one teller working or two working slow. Avoid this bank at all cost.

Amit Ashara5Great place to get financial items in order. The staff has been extremely friendly and tries to Accommodate the last minute Customers. We have always been asked to wait but not more than 10 minutes, but given all the due consideration when interacting with the staffs.
