Bill Jones1Bank put hold on check then extended it. Told me to call 800# to have funds released. Waited two hours, like all previous years with same check, and then the customer specialist said she would call the bank to verify funds. She left me on hold and returned after 7 minutes to say no funds could be verified because I wasn't a signer. Why would I write myself a check? This check was drawn on my hometown Bank in Paris,TX. So my dad, the one that sent me the check, went to the bank today and the manager of the bank told me nobody had called them last night. So I went to my favorite branch to resolve that issue. They told me there was nothing they could do. Said the bank has not sent the money. I just received a fax showing that the funds are in Chase's hands. Then the assistant manager told me it was in Loss prevention. Something the highly acclaimed "Customer Care Specialist" couldn't tell me the night before. Why did she say she called the bank then? I just feel like I am being lied to by both the Branch and Customer Care Stay clear of this bank both branch and the people above them.. There is something crooked going on here. Not trustworthy or forthright with their customers.

Robin Niehaus1Chase is one of the worst bank companies I've ever dealed with ever. Zelle doesn't work ever, you have to get on the phone with them for 30 mins of your day. When you use another bank like capital one. It goes through instantaneous, "so far I'm having a great experience with chase." I hate this company so much. Waste of my time during the days. Just overall horrible.

L M1I have been banking with Chase for over 15 years. And I have to say, that my experiences at this branch have been the poorest by far. The staff is not helpful, there are long wait times, and you can never complete even the easiest of tasks because they “don’t know how or they are short staffed”. My suggestion to the regional manager is to get this branch some experienced help. In the meantime, I’m going to take my business elsewhere.

Frxliz2I have to start by saying I had to call like 5 times for someone to answer the phone so I can make an appointment. I want there and the lady at the door I told her I made an appointment and I told her the name of the person I talked on the phone with and she said “we don’t have anyone with the name” and she also said “ the person that dose the notary is not here” so I called the bank again and Mrs. Deysi Garcia answered the phone and she come out and helped us. I would definitely give Mrs. Deysi Garcia a five star for helping us. They just have really bad customer service.

Jason Mccabe1I wish they had a zero star option, because that’s what this customer service deserves. When I try to call, no one answers the phone, so then I go in person and still can’t get the information or help I need, because I didn’t have an appointment. But I can’t make an appointment because they won’t answer the phone. It’s all online now. Which would have been nice to know the first time I tried to speak with a banker. But the staff who greet you when you walk in told me I didn’t need an appointment. They were also incompetent and unfamiliar with basic banking. Had they told me the first time to make an appointment online, and what information and ID I would need, I would have done that. But they told me I could walk in without an appointment, and when I asked what to bring to open a new account it was like pulling teeth to get info and finally I just walked out. The incompetence was too much. This is why people hate going to the bank. I’ll be looking into my local credit union next. After over 20 years of banking with Chase, I’m over it.

Curve ball1HORRIBLE experience at this branch. I work for a business literally 100 ft away from this location and I brought in a couple of hundred dollar bills which I wanted changed into smaller bills. Yes, I have an account, but apparently my word wasn't enough and she started having to get on the computer to look up my account to be able to change $200. Then when she couldn't find it she went off to do something unknown and then she came back got on the computer again and then asked me for my license which I left in the car. At this point my blood was boiling over and I just grabbed my money and said forget it and left. Congratulations Chase Bank you have lost a customer and I have already withdrawn my funds and switched banks to BBVA.

EKUNDAYO FOLAJIMI1Longest wait time ever. Inexperience tellers causing a lot of longer processing time. Averaging processing time to deposit checks is about 40 minutes and employees are non challant. Close this branch down if can’t get competent personnels. Do they even have a branch manager looking into tellers activities?

Emily David1They gave me the wrong amount of money in my account after i gave them cash. I told the lady how much cash and she counted it wrong, and she put the wrong amount on my account regardless and ignored me saying it was wrong. Then i told her i wanted the cash back to count and make sure and she said she couldn’t because the machine wouldnt give it back. Disgusting behavior, and theft. I will be finding a new bank.

Rodney Shelby1If it's Friday and you need banking. Stay far away from here if you do not have an hour to burn. I'm not sure if everyone in line has extremely difficult transactions or if there is a staffing issue. Employees are nice and welcoming but the service is poor. I decided to jump in the drive thru line and learned my particular transaction could only be completed on the inside. No way was I waiting it out. For real it's an odd wait time for sure.
