      The slowest bank tellers Wells Fargo has ever employed. I went through a 35+ minute line to deposit a large amount of cash and the teller had an annoyed, disgusted look on her face when I placed it all on the counter. After running the money through the machine, she made an entire scene of applying a heavy application of hand sanitizer as if I'm some filthy street person. I highly doubt she does this after every transaction, and I have never been treated with common decency in this bank. They have some woman standing at the front asking what you want, but she can't assist in the 14 person long line? One or two tellers for a MCKINNEY bank is not productive.

      Do not waste your time here opening an account i just got into my truck and had to post this review, I was sitting in the lobby and waiting to open a business bank account and I didn't know where to go, there is a line coming out the door with one teller, so I ask a lady who's helping someone with thier account. The gentleman she was helping was ok with me standing there waiting to ask her a question but she just looked at me and rolled her eyes and kept talking to the guy. Then I asked him if I could ask her a question then she said ok and was rude. FYI it was the lady on the left that has a Spanish accent. Going to chase to open my bank account

      Called at 10am to see if they had bankers available. They told me they had a 1:30 appointment with 1 of 3 bankers which I accepted. I showed up at 1:25 and after 20 minutes they walk over and tell me I don't have an appointment and will have to wait for the next banker who is still helping someone who walked in after me.

      if I could give this bank 0 stars I would. this bank always takes forever even with just 2 people in line I waited 35 minutes just too with draw money from a teller...

      NEVER been to this location before, but came to make a deposit in my son's account. Waited in line for 20 minutes because of the EXTRA SLOW tellers they have!!! Nobody was doing any difficult transactions, but they were STILL SLOW!!!! I didn't even come in during a rush hour. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless necessary!

      Understaffed and long lines. Be prepared to spend 15mins+ waiting in line to complete a simple transaction. It’s been like this for quite some time. Don’t see it getting any better. Wife was in there last week and had said the hostess was completely rude. Searching for a new bank.

      I use the drive-thru once a month at this location. The service providers have always been friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they are always so busy that the wait time is excessive and frustrating. Perhaps management should add extra help during peek times.

      I made an appointment as I had a check to deposit that I could not do through the app. and I was unsure if the lobby was open to the public as the website was unclear. When I came in (I was early) there was one person with a teller and 4 people in line. One of the person's in line was being helped by an employee as they were hearing/speech impaired (I believe from what I witnessed). When the employee (I wish I had gotten her name) was done helping this individual (she went to the teller with him to make sure he was taken care of. After she came to me, it was obvious that she had spoken to the others inline to see what their needs were. I explained that I had an appt. and why I was there. Long story short I did not need an appt . She explained that you can come in without an appointment. The lobby is open. She also talked to me while I was waiting for the teller to become available. The drive thru teller was available and came over and asked if she could help as she had no one at the time . My transaction took minutes. Yes there was a wait but I don't think for my needs it was that long. I can not say enough of the person that was working the lobby. She was amazing. So friendly, professional.
