      Did the mistake and open an account with them after being with a different popular Branch for many years period just wanted a second account. Poor customer service and felt like unwelcomed because of being a "new" client with limited "relationship" because was less than a year, doesn't make any sense because supposed to be the other way around to encourage people to sign up with them, likely leaving and going back to my other bank been with for over 20 years.

      Terrible customer service. Everyone from the rude tellers to the snobby bankers. It’s too bad because it’s so close to my house. I would rather drive a couple miles and go to a branch where I get treated like a human being.
