  Shanne and his staff are great to work with. All very helpful. This is our second time using him, first for the purchase of our new home and then just recently to refinance. The process was seamless, very easy and mostly done electronically through their portal. I recommend using him and we will definitely use him again if the need arises.

From the first meeting to closing has been handled very professional and personable exceeding our expectations. Every question however big or small was promptly answered. Every concern was addressed. More so, regarding the VA qualifications and requirements.   The Mortgage Planners were absolutely wonderful! We were first time home buyers and Shanne was there to answer any question we had throughout the process.   Shane provided us with exceptional service. I love the way he provides a status on every step of the process and where we stand. I love the electronic RWM app that made this loan process easy and painless. His team were very courteous and helpful. They respond to my emails and queries in a very timely manner.
