They need to just close this bank location down. Not a single person working here knows what they are doing.....and we expect them to manage our money! Good luck! I'm going to chase bank down the street with actually bankers not cashiers that use to work at wal mart.

I live in a Skilled Nursing Facility just a short walking distance from my BofA branch on Rancho Santa Fe in San Marcos, CA. Because of Covid we the residents are not allowed to leave the building. Hi had asked a friend to make a $70.00 cash dpst. to my account using a filled out and pre-printed dpst ticket so I wouldn't be short of funds.. My bank would NOT ACCEPT my dpst. ~ even though I have been a BofA customer for 40 YEARS!! WHAT THE HECK??!! What am I supposed to do???

I have over $250,000 invested with Merrill through Bank of America. I usually bank in Carlsbad but today I had the misfortune of walking into Veronica's banking center. The teller explained to me that I couldn't cash a check from the United States Treasury because it was a third party check. I have cashed these checks every year for the past 15 years for my wife who doesnt't have a bank account. When I asked to speak with someone Veronica came to the teller window like she was having a real bad morning. "She said yea what's the problem here" She did not introduce herself and was very impolite. She did not offer a solution to my problem or even let me explain she interrupted me and treated me like a criminal. I have never been treated like this and I don't understand how someone like that could achieve a leadership position. I am totally okay if it is not the banks policy to deposit the check, however I did not do anything to deserve to be treated so horribly. Just be respectful and explain the policy to me, educate me don't talk down to me.

I saw the reviews while looking for a walk-in boa and didnt pay mind to it. I left there with the same 1 star feeling. Never again.

Only one banker working with five people waiting. The teller was nice, and tried to be helpful, but it's obvious that the management is lacking. I will never use B of A for a mortgage, car loan, or anything because they don't value their customers and to hire enough employees. Ruining their reputation!

Went there to cash a check and open up a bank account (with cash as well and the check was a Bank of America Check). I provided all of the information and was approved! All they wanted was a piece of mail to prove my residence. I provided that and also had another tenant at the same address (with it on the license to prove so) to tell them that I do live on the same property of that tenant. I was still denied! Went to "Union Bank of California" across the street and got approved right away and opened an account with no hassles at all!

Horrible Experience! I went into this Bank of America location to resolve a minor problem that I was having with my account and left a former customer. I spoke with the Sales Associate Rafael Cardenas and he was extremely condescending towards me and unwilling to help. Prior to today, I had been doing business with BofA for 8+ years. However after this altercation with this Sales Associate, I closed my account without hesitation. I have dealt with this problem in the past and other Sales Associates from other BofA locations have helped me without any problem (the problem was so minor, it really shouldn't have mattered). But this particular person gave me such a hard time right from the moment I introduced myself to the man that I no longer wanted to speak with him and decided it would be best to close my account than to deal with employees like Rafael. It might just be this location, but this was the worst experience I had ever had at a bank. Well's Fargo treats all of their customers with a very high level of respect and I don't need to be spoken to that way when other companies would be so willing to help. I will never be doing business with Bank of America again.

This bank always has one or two tellers and a line out the door. If you know your customers are waiting so long to get their transaction completed, why not open more teller windows? Dont want to wait in line? Try citibank..

Friendly bank. Line moves fast, and if the line is big, an extra teller usually pops up, which I appreciate. They are quick to pitch services. Dual drive up ATMs means seldom a long wait.

B of A needs to learn something about customer service. I've had many horrible experiences with them. I don't know why I still bank with them. This particular location should hire more tellers on Friday.
