  Victor took extra time to open an account with my teenage son in June. He was treated with so much respect. Miriam helped him with something else and was super kind. A great bank with exceptional customer service.

  The ATM is near my house and I need twice a week to deposit check but it never accepted check. Once I deposit cash, it shows the balance is zero even though I already dropped money on. Otherwise, I go to the other ATM and it works well 24/7.

  Absolutely love coming to this banking center. The manager and staff here are wonderful and extremely helpful. I was looking for information about buying my first home and they gave me all the tools and information I needed about interest rates. They facilitated the process for me. The were accommodating to appointment times and I will continue to come here! Thank you all so much!!!

  This bank is highly recommended and is a great choice for customers. I was assisted here by Yan Huang, who was really helpful throughout the process. She is very professional, kind and so welcoming. I was able to setup my account smoothly and was happy with the benefits that I could avail.   I only started visiting this branch for all my banking needs when they reopened in 2021 after COVID closure. The tellers have been friendly and the banking managers incredibly helpful in helping with all my home purchase paperwork. There’s also a Merrill-Lynch financial advisor who has helped me plan for all my future financial needs. I’ve not had a bad experience with the employees at this branch! Thank you for everything !!

  I went to have my account info updated and Yan helped me. She’s a super nice person and she can even speak Cantonese! Yan also taught me a lot about financial management. I really enjoyed talking with her.

  This branch is terrible. The bankers are worthless. The tellers are borderline incompetent. The ATM (both of them) have been inoperable on all three occasions I have been forced to stop here. Seriously, avoid this location at all costs, it’ll save you time in the long-run.
