  We had the pleasure to work with Rhaiany Oliveira and I can’t express in words how lucky we have been to have her on our side in this difficult process , which is a home purchase.   Buying a home in such a competitive market is intimidating to say the least, and being a first time home buyer in such a market can easily scare some away from purchasing at all. We were immediately at ease with how patient and thorough Thanasi was while explaining the process, different contingencies, and how to structure our offer to be fair (to our wallets) but strong enough to seal the deal. He even educated and counseled us on the financing portion of the transaction and how to make our offer more enticing which is ultimately one of the main factors that influenced the sellers to accept our offer. We were ecstatic to get our house at the price we did during this crazy market, only Thanasi's clients can say that right now! Thanasi is also extremely honest and listens to your wants, needs, and specific situations. He is a straight shooter and will not sugar coat things just to make a sale -- it is extremely obvious that he sincerely cares about his clients getting what they want for the lowest price possible. You don't have to offer a "crazy" price if you have a realtor like Thanasi! Our home also appraised for $20,000 over the sales price which was an added bonus to have immediate equity. All in all, if you're looking to purchase a home in the DMV area, Thanasi is your guy!

  Jordan Li called us within 5 minutes after the first time we used a popular website (rhymes with pillow) to schedule a walk-through of a house for sale. All I can say is we were very fortunate to meet him as he worked very hard to get us into an amazing home. We were continually impressed by his work ethic, positive attitude, patience, responsiveness, and unbelievable professionalism. In a market saturated with realtors looking for quick sales, Jordan stands out as someone who truly cares about his clients and their long-term satisfaction.   We started out as a FSBO seller after interviewing two realtors. Decided to talk to DDA because of their seller seminars for free FSBO advices. Jay was very personable and shared information freely. A week into working with Jay, we exercised the clause to void the contract because a former FSBO buyer expressed interest. After talking to the FSBO buyer for five days, we realized they were not suitable. We re-engaged Jay and were able to pick up where we dropped off with the original timeline. I enjoyed working with Jay, Monica, and Madison. Their responses had been courteous and prompt. They helped us understand the market, worked out a timeline, and negotiated with the buyer to achieve a particular rent-back condition. DDA delivered on time and as planned. We were able to find a more suitable buyer than the one we initial talked to as a FSBO seller.

  We worked with Jeff O'Clair - a Fantastic Agent on the Debbie Dogrul Team. He completely managed our home sale process from prep to market to close. He was able to secure us an offer for 45k over asking on a tight timeline and got us everything we asked for. He even went above and beyond to help with certain aspects of our purchase even though we already had an agent.   My wife and I interviewed several agents from different real estate companies before deciding to work with Ashley Finco on Debbie's team. We could not have been happier with our experience. As first time home buyers, Ashley made us feel completely comfortable during the, often times, incredibly stressful process of buying a home! From start to finish, Ashley answered all of our questions (and we had many), helped us narrow our search, and made sure we had every bit of information we needed to make the right decision, without ever being pushy or steering us outside of what we were looking for. She really helped us navigate the process, and helped us understand what it would take to win an offer in a very competitive sellers market.
