  Capital One Bank. ATM open 24/7/365. Has multi-denomination up to two thousand dollars USD ($2,000.00) daily withdrawal's. An awesome place to open up your business accounts and/or your personal accounts. You are able to speak with one of the Ambassadors on a one-on-one basic. Not a full service branch. No tellers are available at this location...but still I give it a five stats rating and thumbs up. Kudos to the staff, very friendly, helpful with banking needs.

  This location shouldn't be on business not even the ATM work, I have deposited cash and the ATM takes my money and don't credit it on my account, I have had the same problem 3 times now and the reason I keep using it it's cause it's my closest location, they need to work on that

  Do not used his bank for anything Richard ID# BFY130 their supervisor is rather see client leave then provide proper customer service. They withheld my money after i paid my card off for nearly two weeks. they don't want people paying their card off just staying in debt. After confirming the payment would post with my bank and me offering to give them the private details of my account balance he still lied and said he couldn't do it even though they have one other time for me in the past. I cancelled the card. i don't have time for poor customer service.

  I would not recommend this bank to trust holding your money because the last time I had this bank, they screw me over with a check that I tried to deposit and the teller aloud it. Then later I get investigated about fraud due to a bad check, which they claim my signature did not match and put me in the whole which I paid it off. The employee that was dealing with my problem told me if I paid it off I can keep my account.. as soon as i paid it off the company told me I can not have checking account anymore.

  I would recommend to never open an account with this bank if you live in or near Fairfax. These banks are horrible

  I have visited this branch several times for overseas wire money transfer and notary services. They are very kind and their jobs are professional.

  Very bad customer service they don't know to treat client. I was there trying to get some service account but they didn't help me at all So I went to an other branch and everything was fantastic.

  This bank does not have any tellers to assist you. You can only use an ATM at this location. Extremely inconvenient.

  No Employer inside only want people talking in the phone leave you alone stay outside ask him not to answer

  At least make note that it has temporarily been closed so no customer drives all the way for nothing
