  The service at this bank has declined significantly over the last year . ITS HORRIBLE . They closed the drive thru and NOW only have ONE teller no matter how many people are in line I was told by a teller it was a cost saving measure . WE ARE LOOKING TO CHANGE INSTITUTIONS NOW I GIVE THIER SERVICE RATING A ZERO

  4 days after Hurricane buildings have no damage done to them everyone else is open and they're still closed people need to get inside to a bank to take care of personal business and we can't unprofessional and uncalled for

  These people do not answer the phone. Really bad. A real black mark against BOA. I am surprised. I liked this bank.

  No one could wait on me for a new account, I had to drive across town to another location.

  No drive through, must walk into bank. Slow service, limited hours. Would never recommend Bank of America to anyone.
