  I love Bank OZK! I have several accounts including business and personal accounts. Our service has always been stellar from everyone who works there! Our online banking experience has been flawless and they make it easy to open accounts for our different needs. The branch manager, Pamela, is professional, courteous and kind. Jo Lynn and Dana are as well. They make me enjoy actually visiting a bank - something I never thought I would say!

  The whole team at Bank OZK is there to help! I make manual deposits on an almost daily basis and Pamela, Dana and JoLynn are always friendly, competent, and do their best. On multiple occasions they have gone above and beyond this week to make sure banking is easy and hassle-free.

  Great Banking Staff... I have been an account holder for about 6 months. From the moment you walk into the bank, you are greeted with warm welcoming smiles and Pamela always remembers your name. The personal attention is a testament to Bank OZK's appreciation for your business. Highly recommend.

  Had a great experience at this bank, opened up my teenage sons first account and they treated him super nice. Pam is fabulous and her staff is extremely welcoming and smiled the whole way through. Good to walk into a bank and be greeted with a smile. Recommend to everyone!!

  Great team at this bank! This are so helpful and friendly. If you are looking to open up a personal or business account at a bank, I definitely recommend going to Bank of OZK in Punta Gorda and speaking with Pamela. She is wonderful!

  The worst experience I have ever had with a bank. It took 45 minutes and a stack of paperwork to open an account, transferring money was slow and problematic, my account was red flagged several times for transfers and just difficult overall. After several months of frustration, I moved to a credit union.

  My husband and I just recently opened our physical therapy clinic and were referred to this specific branch. I'm so thankful we decided to go with them for our business. JoLynn, Pam and Dana are all such amazing women. Every time I go in they all greet me with a big smile and a "HI Melissa!" I love that! Such great customer service!   I have been used Bank OZK for 3 years and i could not be happier with them. I recent made a mistake and wrote a check from the wrong account, Pamela the branch manager has her act together. She corrected my mistake before it became a bigger issue. They have wonderful staff at this branch give them a try.

  Everyone there is so helpful and knowledgeable! Pam is amazing! This is what a hometown bank really feels like. These ladies all know your name as soon as you walk through the door! Pam knows every product they have in great detail and has a great way to explain them to people! Thanks for having such a great staff at this location!
