  Jon at MortgageRight of Punta Gorda recently helped us close on a refinance mortgage of our home. We contacted 5 companies to shop around for good rates and terms, and we were so surprised when only one company got back to us! Fourtunately, it was the right company. Jon was quick to respond the whole way through the transaction, made the whole process easy, and we got the loan closed quickly. We had asked for several different scenarios as we tried to decide what terms and pricing worked best for us. We were concerned about how quickly rates were changing. so Jon locked the rate as soon as we made the decision, literally within minutes of me letting him know. Rachelle was great to work with as well. She let us know what documents were needed and reviewed and submitted everything quickly and efficiently. We are friendly with the title rep we used, she works with a LOT of lenders, and even she was impressed! My husband and I highly recommend MortgageRight if you're in need of a home loan. We read reviews before selecting them, and were concerned that the glowing reviews might be too good to be true, but these guys have earned it! Now they have collected yet another 5 star review.

  Jon and staff are wonderful to work with. We have done so on several occasions and they are top notch! They are always thinking outside the box to make sure you are getting the best product at the lowest cost. Managed to lock our rate in for 6 months while our house was being built, which kept our loan affordable. Experience and knowledge makes them the best in the business.

  John at Mortgage Right was a godsend. I was working with another broker and was ready to give up. I thought for sure I would lose the house I wanted. A friend gave me Johns number. He was able to get the mortgage for more than I originally wanted. Close on the day scheduled. It was the most peaceful smooth process. I highly! Recommend this company. I will use them for all my future needs.

  Jon’s knowledge, expertise, and customer service is far superior than most loan officers. I close 2-3 new residential loans every year (for at least the past 9 years) and have been using Jon for 7 years now. Most loan officers just push paper. Jon analyzes the borrower’s financial situation and determines how and what is needed for the buyer to qualify - upfront. If an underwriter challenges the borrower’s financial situation, Jon goes to bat for you – taking the time to present your financial picture to the u/w to get you approved according to Fannie/Freddie guidelines. Most loan officers don’t even know Fannie/Freddie guidelines. Most loan officers will give you lip service that you ‘qualify’ only to be denied later by Underwriting – a big, fat waste of your time! I’ve never had a deal where Jon qualified me and then later I got denied. Jon is your door to opportunity and he and his team are friendly, fast, efficient, and helpful. Jon makes things happen and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

  I found Mortgage Right of Sarasota on google. I first spoke to Kay, who got the ball rolling. I then worked with Jon, Rachel and Cindy who worked very hard to close in a tight timeframe. They are ALL very good at their professions, and genuinely care about their clients. I would definitely recommend Mortgage Right to anybody looking for a reputable company to arrange your mortgage. Jon even recommended a great realator and home insurance agency. Thanks to all ....

  Working with Belinda was wonderful!! She always provided prompt, thorough responses to my questions and did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the process. After a subpar experience with a large “name” bank (where I was bounced around to a different contact every other week), Belinda’s helpful and friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air. And to top it off, she gave me a very thoughtful house warming gift at closing. It was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated! In addition, the company’s online tool used to upload and track documentation is secure, well designed, and easy to use. I am very pleased with the mortgage I obtained. I highly recommend working with Belinda and MortgageRight!

  I do not write many reviews, but every once in a while, you come across a company that so severely exceeds any and all expectations that I have to share my experience. I first contacted Jon out of desperation absolutely distraught with what I believed to be an impossible situation related to severely constrained timelines for our closing that our initial lender could not work within. Jon and the team (Rachel, Cindy, others behind the scenes I wish I could also name) took on the challenge knowing full well we needed perfection to meet our deadline—and perfection is what they delivered. In addition, Jon’s personal level of compassion, understanding, and honesty is second to none. He took my calls on weekends, after hours, while on trips, etc. They were an absolute ray of hope in a time where we had absolutely none. This team is the reason we now have closed on our first home. I cannot recommend Jon and the team enough!
