  They are literally NEVER open. Ever. I understand pandemic issues but these aren’t temporary or once in a while. It’s poorly managed after two years of closures. I simply drive to Steele Creek to save the aggravation and disappointment.

  Closed. Who knows when it will open. You have to plan days in advance if you need to get into safe deposit box because it takes them 1-2 business days to call you to setup appointment.

  This Bank of America has been closed for over a year now with no known date of reopening. I feel customers have been patient for long enough time to go to a different bank

  When are you going to open the inside again please??It has been closed since December!! Yes I understand I can use the ATM but sometimes it is easier to just come in!! And it stinks to have to drive to Rivergate!! Any help would be great

  Unfortunately I would have to drive too far to pick another branch but was very dissatisfied with my experience! Bombarded constantly being asked to open an account then when I didn't the lady was quite rude! Case and point why I won't be opening an account with that bank! Because my employer banks with them I have to see this particular teller everytime I cash a check which is very unfortunate...

  Loooooonnnnnnngggggg lines because they rarely have more than one teller working! It is ridiculous. Manager came out offering small cups of water to those waiting in line...but what they needed was to get another teller out to help!! Not everyone can do mobile banking for everything. Grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

  "The Lake Wylie location has to be the worst of all the ones I've dealt with." I did not wish to come to this location, but after days of trying to reach someone by phone ( which is impossible to do, hold times are absolutely ridiculous ) I had no choice but to go down there to handle my little 10 minute issue.

  Never but 1 teller....always wait way longer than anyone should have to. No consistency of employees....I could go on and on. I only bank here because my work requires it. Find another branch!!!

  I thought most large banks were all the same, but I was wrong! Bank of America has all the others by a mile. I'm not even sure why they have the word "Bank" in their name. The Lake Wylie location has to be the worst of all the ones I've dealt with. I've had multiple accounts with them for 20+ years and closed everything today because of the incompetence at the Lake Wylie location.
