  The customer service I received from Jessica and Andrew was top notch! Their staff made the whole transaction smooth and easy from locking in my rate to closing my loan. As far as timing was concerned, the entire process was done without any delays or disruptions. They remove all the hassle and make it easy to understand you're getting a great deal.   When any of my clients need help with a loan, Andrew & Jessica are my number one choice. I used to be on their side of the transaction in a previous life and can smell unnecessary fluff and lender delays a mile away. They are the exact opposite. They do a great job obtaining all pertinent information upfront and know the right questions to ask. In a real estate transaction there are many moving parts and I never have to worry about the financing when they are involved. Communication is always consistent. As always, thank you!
