The most useless bank in the neighborhood. I couldn’t deposit cash in my account since before the new year. They are always changing their hours. Just shut it down if we can’t conveniently use this bank when needed. I’ve been complaining how useless this bank is since July! This location definitely makes me want to switch banks so I can have WAY less to complain about when I need to use my account.

Hello Sam. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. You may be able to save time by using an ATM or our mobile app. Signing up is simple: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/. ^michael

The customer service department must be under staffed. Somehow, I ended up with an extra account that I did not intend to open. The Bank of America website is overly complicated. And, hold times are extremely long when you call the number on the back of your "Bank of America" charge card. On my first attempt to call, I was on hold for over an hour and still did not get customer service on the line. My second attempt was during regular business hours, and I'm still on hold after nearly an hour.

I'm confused by modern day customer service. I walk into this branch with the intention to open a new business account with a significant deposit. I was told to "take a seat". There was one other customer in there besides me, and what appeared to be about 10 employees. 5 mins goes by, 10 mins (I'm on a lunch break mind you), many employees just walking past me. At 13 mins, I ask "can you update me when someone can see me?", the gentlemen said "we'll be with you when we can". I just smiled and said "your loss, sir" and walked out. You'd think they'd be eager to secure new business but maybe not? Chase was certainly eager, later that day.

Total waste of time and terrible customer service. Rather than wasting our time to end up telling us you can't help us open an additional account after waiting for 15 minutes, be up front. If another client has a scheduled appointment and is 30 minutes late, don't penalize the people sitting in your waiting room. Will be moving my personal and business accounts after this experience. I will, of course, schedule an appointment and be on time for it!

This is pathetic location with no concern for customer service or urgency. Walked in to change my debit card pin because I forgot mine. Couldn't reset it online or over the phone, I was required to go into a branch. Once I get there, they say all bankers are busy and it'll be "several hours" before anyone can help me reset my pin. Otherwise they can post mail my pin to me. I didn't know banking was supposed to be that hard. If BOA can't provide pin resets online, then maybe I shouldn't need an appointment or wait several hours at the branch to reset my pin. If you're a midtowner, my guess is any of the other banks within walking distance will be a whole lot better bc I can't imagine another bank saying it'll be several hours for someone to help reset your pin. Terrible experience.

Perhaps the worst location of the 2nd worst financial institution in the US. Few customers have been treated worst. I have about 100 horror stories at BoA: 1) a check that was placed on hold for a month 2) $500 limit on withdrawals 3) literally no physical access to your money 4) schedules weeks ahead to get anything done. Yeah unfortunately you can’t walk in and do anything other than withdraw $500 5) after this horrible experience, they did everything possible to stop me from closing my account and where even trying to charge me fees for closing my account! What!!???? Who has heard of that

They have closed the large Bank of America buildings around me. Now my only 2 options close to my house either does not have a drive up ATM or the drive up ATM is in such a tight spot that some large vehicles are unable to fit or it is too tight. They have already had lawsuits over this from customers damaging their vehicles. It seems like it would be an easy fix. I am in the process of moving all of my accounts to a bank with a normal drive up ATM.

I just moved to town and was suggested by a collegue to use BOA for direct deposit, which was fine since my home bank does not have branches out here in Atlanta. I went to BOA with my wife to set up a joint account, and the appointment lasted 2 hours. At the end of the appointment I noticed that my first name was wrong on the document that I was signing. The officer assured me that it would be fixed on my debit card arriving in the mail. Anxious to leave after 2 hours, I left, and the next week my name was still wrong on the debit card. I went back to the branch, talked to the same officer, who told me she had 'fixed it' and 'it must be that the information is backed up' or some such nonsense. I left after she assured me that it was certainly fixed this time. Well, just got my new card in the mail and guess what: still wrong. Now it is spelled the same was as before (wrong) but with an "e" at the end (also wrong). Too bad two wrongs don't make a right. Ridiculous experience. Waste of my time.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the tellers here put on a smile - they seem kinda miserable honestly. Card reader to enter the lobby for ATM access after hours doesn’t work.

I will be closing my account with this bank and taking my business elsewhere. I wrote a personal check to my contractor for 4k and they absolutely would not cash it for him. I'm out of town for the week and my project is shut down! I'm done with Bank of America!
