      Was at this Peachtree Location on July 3rd and had several interactions with individuals including Manager Dan. The first teller that I went to was very unprofessional and had this long stripper weave that went to her but...she was the starter of this whole transaction. They did not allow me to receive my money out the bank even after I called the customer care number. I needed the money to pay my rent and everyone was unhelpful and non sympathetic. I spent over an hour at this location, just so they could give me directions to a Georgia's Own Credit Union location. I will probably never come back to this location, and am STRONGLY reconsidering.

      The lines are ridiculous it would help if you could separate the lines. The ones with complex long issues go to one line and the ones that are quick go to different tellers because I’ve literally been standing here for 25min. It’s to many empty teller booths for everyone to not be helped in a timely fashion.

      Deposited my cheque, then it was withdrawn and the operator could not explain why. When I asked to be connected to the branch, he said they cannot connect to the branch from the call center, you have to go in person. What will I need? They are not sure...

      Whom ever put the phone system in place should be fired! Please tell me the POINT in having a LOCAL number to a branch but when you dial in to this branch it FORCES you to speak to the member services customer reps who are all over the country...this is so stupid and VERY INCONVENIENT. Why wouldn't you list the phone number as a 1800 number then if that's the case. There's no phone number for the branch directly? stupid. Just stupid. Certain Businesses don't put themselves in the place of the customer/consumer to see what their experience is going to be like BEFORE they put certain silly ideas in place. Moving on.. Georgia United Credit Union, here we come.

      Really bad experience with the Peachtree location. They seem as if they don't really want new customers or want people to open accounts with them. If you are searching for a new bank I would try out some of the other credit unions in Atlanta before going here. I am under a time constraint at the moment, trying to take care of a bunch of things, and they refused to help me saying I couldn't prove my residency in GA therefore I could not open an account. It's very frustrating for someone in the process of relocating. Often there are multiple things needing to be done upon moving to a new city, getting a new bank being one and requiring someone to have a GA drivers license and proof of residency when someone is in the process of moving and getting settled and can only take care of one thing at a time seems rather unreasonable. Rather than trying to find a constructive solution their attitude was one of being very apathetic and not very solution-oriented. I tend to prefer credit unions to corporate banks as I am currently with a credit union that I have been with for over ten years but this experience makes me rethink the superiority of credit unions.

      Overall Saturday experience is horrible. Having to schedule an appointment to do basic transactions is not a good business practice.

Our Saturday appointments are put into place to most effectively assist our members, as we have much shorter hours on Saturdays. An appointment is only required for the lobby and not in the drive-thru, which can accommodate any simple transactions.

      Luis is the best! I keep coming back here (even tho' the atm never works on the weekends) only because he gives the best customer service in the whole Delta. 5 stars for Luis. 4 for DCU.

      I have been backing with DCCU/DECU for 20 year. I have had all great experiences with them. I have 8 family members that have account with them and they are all happy.

      My second time having a bad experience with this location. I love Delta Credit Union and have been with them for the last 9 years, and even did a loan commercial for them a few years ago!

      Lost my debit card and had to stop in to get a replacement made, the location is very convenient. Everyone was friendly. In and out in 5 minutes with a new card in hand.
