  Worst experience. Unfortunately i have to use this bank because of work but it is so frustrating when you can't withdraw from your own account with a valid ID and account number on hand. They obligate you to use a debit card. If i have a valid ID and all other account information why do i have to use my debit card?

  Very poor customer service…they don’t know how to organize people waiting in line just to make an appointment. Wasted my time here just scheduling an appointment and didn’t happen!!! I won’t recommend this branch of Bank of America…remember Bank of America Cerritos very poor customer service.

  Worst experience I’ve had with bank tellers. They were rude and tried to use their lack of structure and organization as an excuse to not help clients and keep their word. They made me take 5 trips within a week for something that only took a minute to fill out. Sonia and the manger who I believe is named terry were not helpful. Sonia was rude and condescending and used “ you’re not my only client” as a reason to keep me waiting. One of the tellers Maria was actually nice and helpful, she was able to help me. Her manager on the other hand told her not to help me but Maria told her I had been waiting a week and that she was going to help me. I tried being understanding but after a week of telling me come the next day, come the next day and rude attitudes there’s no way I can be as understanding.

  This bank is the worst bank I have ever been I asked manager there is 25 people in the line and you have two cashier here would you please ask their other workers to help them and we can be done faster she told me the have scheduled just two cashiers and it is what it is

  This bank is so disappointing. The tellers are rude, they absolutely don’t want to help you. I have a business account with them and I have had the same check come through every month and they wouldn’t cash my check because it said DeDe instead of Deanna. I have cashed this check every single month for 4 years. Sonja just wanted to make things hard for me. Real nice customer service. So instead of helping me she made me go to another bank and wouldn’t even cash the check that had my full name on it. This is the third time she has been HORRIBLE to me since she is the one that works the business counter. Rude, lazy, mean and just plain unprofessional. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far far away from this bank and most importantly Sonja. Karen with a capitol K. Now off to Yelp, b of a website, and then to a different bank to open account.

  Don't recommend this place. There is a reason why they have bad reviews. One of the ladies told me I don't really use my BOA account that I should "close it" LOL, they are either underpayed or idk why they are not happy. Go elsewhere

  s l o w . Remodel makes it pretty, but worse. 7 windows, 2 tellers, 7 people in line, and long transaction times. Business Advantage line unattended. I rarely need to go into a bank; this reinforces why to avoid it.

  Bad customer service. They shut down all ATMs (5 of them) thirty minutes prior to end of day on a Saturday in the middle of COVID. What should have taken 30 seconds took over 45 minutes. Although these things do happen and I would normally understand. Myproblem was the staff could not be bothered to lost any signs or acknowledge it to guests unless the guest asked. The attitude was very much who cares. Ideally the bank would have delaid the mantinace until the bank closed a few minutes later. Customers last as usual at B of A. Should be zero stars really.

  Drive through took my card, didn't know what to do, since I didn't want to next person behind to take it. I ended up parking and locking my card. Went up to the bank assistant Carlos, explained what had happened. He was able to retrieve my card, thank you very much!!

  I am on unemployment benefits since this COVID pandemic. I have been withdrawing funds every 2 weeks from a teller for last 2 months. Today , after 45 minutes in line, i was refused funds by teller and manager. saying it is against policy because my name has a suffix on ID but not on bank card. First and last name same on both cards, now that isn't enough? They ask me if i had any paper work with my name on it ! Who carries paperwork with them. They change policies as fast and not consistent !! this is why i don,t bank there !
