  I was at this branch to clarify a problem and there was NO ONE on duty at the customer service desks. There was a long line for the teller line and only 2 tellers on duty. I got on line for the teller and she could no answer my questions. She asked me to call back around 3pm when the manager will be back. When I call the phone number I was greeted with an answering machine referring us to the on-line services.

  If I could give a 0, I would. The slowest Wells Fargo I’ve ever been, too. They will literally have one teller while the line is obviously long. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

  Wow !!! The longest time I’ve spend inside any banking branch, management or wellsfargo corp. needs to really consider staffing this location better. Clerks service was great Management and leaders horrible.

  they have like 30 customers waiting in line but there have only 2 tellers taking care of their customers OMG… take one and a half hour in line keep waiting for my turn

  Definitely need people to help customers long line all the way to the door If you are planning to come make sure you have 1 hour to spend in this location only 2 cashiers where open☹️ I got here at 1:15 was 13 customers ahead of me and I waited till 1:45 I really appreciate the help of Denise she was wonderful, because I'm not saying is bad customers service is a bad management

  Currently at the branch. 1 teller 20 people in line literally. This is normal for this bank, the lines are soo long and they don't have many people working.

  Went to this branch around 2pm and only 2 tellers were open. I saw other staff at the area just opening gifts. Waste of time coming here

  long waits, bad service for bank going to switch banks ,only to tellers on busy week end customer service is not a concern at all just charging fees

  Horrible service. Lines are long. This is a large branch but yet they only have 2 windows open on a Saturday! Their excuse was a lot of call outs. That should not affect your customers. The wells Fargo in the stater bro’s on artesia and pioneer have less customers and more windows open!
