  Worst experience ever!! I lost my ATM card while traveling from Texas to California. I stopped to get gas near this branch on a Saturday afternoon & realized my card was lost. I arrived at 135p & they closed at 2. Angie Cullinane & a teller named Ashley (who not provide her last name) flat out refused to help me because I did have an "appointment " & they were closing at 2. Horrible horrible customer service. I was left stranded with no gas & 2 kids & these heartless employees could careless. I have worked customer service MANY years & would never leave someone helpless just to get off of work on a Saturday. I was lucky to find exceptional service at a Bank Of America branch in Oceanside 4 days later by an employee who was appalled & embarrassed by this branch (because the service I needed took 5 minutes). If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. I would never recommend this unprofessional branch for its heartless employees & their lack of customer service. What a shame to have these 2 represent your company.

  I Just want to say this branch is one of the best branches I have ever been to. I own a home, and this nice teller (Ashley) saw my account and recommended that I try and refinance my home through them. Said maybe they could beat my previous finance company and she quickly paired me up with her manager Angie, and together they helped me. Sure enough, Long story short, I am definitely considering re-Fying through BOA now just because of these two. Never would have even considered if they hadn’t been so attentive. Thank you all for making me feel like a valued customer! And sometimes you forget that BOA actually cares, and these wonderful employees just remind you all over again! Thank you for such wonderful and swift customer service.

  No respect for seniors! Waited for an hour before they could attend to my 85 yr old mother, and when amalia finally helped us another customer asked her a question, we were waiting again, poor customer service for this branch, this will never happen in walnut branch. No wonder reviews are all unsatisfactory.

  This bank sucks.. they deposit checks in wrong accounts. Now I have a late fee , negative credit impact bcuz of my mortgage not being paid..bcuz she chose what account she felt like she wanted to deposit the stuff in and not the account she was told...ASHLEY IS THE WORST TELLER I've ever encountered.

  a flashback from meet the faulkers, when ben stillers' at the airport watching the woman type 100wpm for no reason came to mind as I sat waiting for a rep whom all four noticed me but only one came to call me in to an office 20mins later. what was sooo important that they all had to be glued to their monitors not to get up and help the only person waiting for help?!? sigh, why did albertsons have to close down by my house....oh right, cause they sucked too.

  They gave us a 30 min wait period. ....ive been here for over an hour now....and the stupid receptionist has been saying that their almost ready to attend us for the past 15 minutes. ......cut the bs seriously. .......do ur jobs more efficiently. .......

  If your on time you don't have to wait in line ..... but once you get rush hour you are stuck .. over 10 window and only 2 are open daily ... sometimes only one .. .. it's a great place once you get the hours down but I try my best to avoid going in and use the ATM outside .. security always on site .... ...but always carry a knife just in case someone tries to jack you 😂 lol jkjk or am I ahahahahaha ..

  Horrible bank they had me wait 30 mins and it was empty the ladies all they dud was stand around not do anything realy bad service I realy want to close my account there they are useless

  Bank of America sure knows how to set the bar really, really, really LOW. Having said that, this branch is a solid 3 on a BofA curved scale.
