  Rude service, no one seems to be on the same page or communicate. You’ll be constantly misinformed and promised corrections but they never follow through. You’ll most likely be “ghosted” by your loan officer or be spoken to in a condescending way. I regret choosing them for my auto loan! 👎

  This bank is a joke. I can't wait to be able to withdraw my funds and close my account on Friday. Their employees are ignorant to the companies policies and they pass on misinformation to their customers. I asked specifically when I opened my account if i could use my debit card to transfer money to paypal, I was told that I could but found out later that I couldn't. I went in on Thursday 3/1 to deposit my payroll checks from the state and was told to come back the next day and that there would be a 2 day hold instead of a 5 day hold. That was a lie. Does anyone, besides the branch manager, know what's going on? You can't use your debit card to transfer funds and the 5 day holds on payroll checks is uncalled for so I will be taking my business back to Citibank.

  When you call this bank institution, it wants not to help you. Keep your money as far away from you as it can. It was Riverside credit union & the best bank I had. Now it's Altura & the worst bank I have. A patron of decades so I have experience with a good bank before. Sorry Altura is not going to change for there customers.

  No contact info for the branches, phone # listed goes to some call center where they don't have contact information for anything really. I've had good dealings with this company in the past but now they have every obstacle up where you can't talk with someone. I applied for an auto loan, no return call or email, not posted # anywhere to contact auto loan dept.

  This bank has been conplete trouble since the begginning. Not only is their bank awful but it gets worse with the employees. They show no interest in helping you.
