  If I could, I would leave a negative review. I worked with Pacific Premier (Michael Gialluly) for a very long time trying to refinance a loan that had a ridiculously high interest, and in the end, all I did was waste my time and money going to CPA's he recommended. They never had any intentions to help me. I would never recommend this institution to anyone.

  What a welcoming site to see that Debbie Villalobos is back. Customer service has been lacking ever since she and others left (another office). Debbie has always been one to provide excellent, quick and dependable service, especially for business customers. She is a true asset and someone who goes the extra mile for her customers.

  I love this bank, it is a nice/sweet office in downtown riverside. I have been going their my whole life, but today I called and this AMAZING lady Maria (branch manger) helped me out. She had the best customer service. I was very frustrated with an issue and she calmed me down and solve the problem right away. She understood me and by the end I was laughing, she really changed my mood around.

  I am not Pacific Premier Bank customer, but I am astonished on how these bank employees carry themselves. Everyone says hello and it feels homey within the branch atmosphere. I usually do not write these type of reviews, but I simply had to since the staff members are extremely kind and willing to help regardless if I was a customer or not. I spoke to a gentlemen at the first desk regarding a debit card issue since my personal bank isn't nearby.My goodness, this gentlemen had character and he was eager to help me nonetheless. He gladly shared his expertise regarding the situation and advised the best alternative solution for my needs. Needless to say, I am amazed by this gentlemen's mannerism and expertise. This company is lucky have him and it is hard to find people like him in this age.

  Riverside Pacific Premier bank is hands down the best around no bull roar. I dont normally write reviews on this type of thing but the staff over there is top notch. I am a small business owner and they have gone out of their way to help me on numerous occasions. Maria and the tellers as well as the bank manager Susan are professional and are really more like close friends. As someone who has banked with big corporate banks in the past I can tell you that the love is THERE at Pacific Premier Riverside. I enjoy going to the bank when I need to and they always make me feel at home as well as helping me with my finances. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. -Max and Candice Grundy

  the staff makes you feel welcome from the time you round the corner of the teller line. Karen is quiet, but very efficient and friendly. best teller there for sure.

  First they close at 3pm on a Friday when they're supposed to close at 5 then on Monday u can't go in to cash a check when u have no money because they require a face mask which u can't buy anywhere right now and with no money to buy one anyways because they won't let me cash my check
