Words cannot describe how frustrated my Dad was after BofA decided to close all his accounts without giving him a reason AND they withheld over $149,000 for MORE than a month. Yes, the bank has rights to close down any account, but they do not have the right to hold a client’s money. We filed official complaints to staff at this branch, we called customer support, we were transferred to fraud department and were told the accounts are under investigation. We continued to escalate the issue various ways only to hit a wall. My Dad is an upright citizen of this country and has joined BofA for over 30 years. This institution didn’t value any of his time and did not actively listen to his demands. He just wanted his money back! The staff’s lack of urgency and incompetence to escalate this to a decision maker is appalling. The policies are very broken and staff are just trained to tell you “no, sorry” “i understand you’re frustration but there’s nothing I can do.” This attitude needs to change. Bank of America has just lost a whole family’s worth of business. I hope you trust a better bank than this one.

Many BofAs are slow, but this one is the absolute worst. Take this morning for example. I needed to withdraw money from my checking account. There were only 3 people in line in front of me. I must've waited for a good 30 minutes before I could see a teller. There must be 12 or 13 bank teller slots. THERE WAS ONLY 1 TELLER WORKING. That bank teller had 2 people standing behind her. They were probably managers. One employee was standing near the entrance of the bank doing nothing. 2 young ladies were walking together, asking people who were already in line what they were there doing at the bank. There were also several more employees walking around. Guess what they were doing? Nothing. How low of a rating can this certain Bank of America receive before it shuts down? P.S...No, I don't want your credit card. I will be switching banks within the next 2 months.

This is by far the worst BOA branch i have visited. I was extremely inconvenienced at this bank. Their tellers are actually very polite but the bankers are another story especially the chinese man(Looks like a manager there). He was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I would suggest opening at a different branch. Better yet, a different bank altogether.

This branch is only going to have merchant services on Monday and Fridays. If you are a business I recommend that you find another bank. The lines are usually quite long at this branch, I also recommend bringing a chair and a book or computer so you can use your time productively. The people are nice at this branch, but management or cooperate seems to have a real contempt for their customers.

Was very disappointed on how they treat customers, I’ve been a customer for over 15 years, My mother walked into this banking center wanting information about her account. A bank teller named Carol was extremely rude and racist, she discriminated her English, was not patient at all, is very rude to elderly people. I will take this matter to corporate., manager was not helpful at all either.

If you have plenty of time to deal with clueless associates. They didn't know their ATM working or not until the customer tried different ATM and reported the issue and then asked the customer to test it for every single of ATM after pulled the customer from the long waiting line.

Need to waste time ? Inconsiderate company making people wait as if time is free. More like the waiting center for the financial center. If this bank continues to lag at the teller slots I will make a personal complaint with corporate. Asians employed do not care if people have to wait such a long time. Wells Fargo does this alot better no wait time whatsoever.
