      I went in there June 25th at 5:30 becaise I received my covid rental assistants check that was Bank through Chase. Well The female who "Helped" Me didn't really help me And it makes me mad because I couldn't Cash it I would need a account to do that. I ry needed it cashed I went to 5 other places before chase and I needed to pay rent and she didn't I guess feel I was worthy of a account or wanted to go home already because she said I could not open a account today and it was 20 until close. So I had to cash at a market and what would have been free cost me 300 to cash. I found that to be very wrong. The bank was nice though.

      There is always a reason why people gone and not choose chase any more 1. chase charge money since it is no your fault and no refund saying it is your not take a look 2. people in bank not professional did not know anything about bank and policy and not take care your acocunt even you come personally to do the change they can only say no show any change at your account we have to pay their fault their finacial department is bad please get away from them asap they use your money play games win they get your part of money lose they did not lose anything no one take care and care about your money here

      I rarely write the reviews excluding unfair and terrible stuff. I have been a loyal customer of Chase for over ten years and also using Bank of the West and BoA for a while around the area. I find that this branch’s service quality and convenience are going down. They are too busy to keep the same service as before, as the below reviewer complains and also since they couldn’t solve an online bank issue, joint account should present the exact person to solve the issue even if the issue comes from Chase, locking your account without any verification. What is the manager doing? When you complain to their service hotline they put you on hold for several hours. THEY DON’T CARE. I wasted my time to go to this branch when I could ask another to solve the issue. I fully suggest that YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE BRANCH. Thank you.

      Smaller location than the one that it was replaced with (bummer) causing chaos in the parking lot, it is best to park far and walk. The staff is friendly and I do think it is the same staff. This place is nice and sleek!

      Lady rushed me and didn't even register my business account correctly. What is the point of rushing if I have to come in twice and take twice the amount of time?

      Waited 30 minutes before I decided to complain to staff that there employees kept skipping me in line. And then when I did get help the employee was useless in getting anything done. Might I add that most employee are asain and the people that cut in front of me were all ASAIN. So dat just makes me think they give preference to ASAIN people.

      Very bad experience. If they don't change they will lose all customers especially now banking industry is not to good so many competitors. They act as if they were fraud people. Manager were so ignorant, she needs to be trained well or go back to school.

      Staffs are nice and willing to help. I didn’t go through tellers counter, but the line seems long. There are many rooms for banker but most of them are empty. Compares to third that I had been, this location is really busy. Parking was quite hard. 😢

      Oh very poor service. I think people here needs to learn more about banking than personal life. I wont recommend this bank to anyone.. service were to poor. Manager were not nice. Where do chase bank hire all this people.
