      Don't bother wasting your time if you ever want to refinance at this location. 4 weeks can't even set up an appointment, keep giving me new and lame excuses postponing my appointment. In the end, I have to say enough is enough. The mortgage specialist, I think her name is Jesse, is either very good or very terrible at her job. Anyway if you want to refinance, my advise is to seek elsewhere.

      I was having trouble adding a contact to Zell some money to my dad. When I went in the bank was very busy and one of the bankers took time out of her busy day to help me. I didn't get a chance to ask her name. But she was amazing. This is one of the many reasons I love Wells Fargo. They always take time to show how much they care.

      Really ridiculous how a manger can talk to a customer. I had walked in and they said let me get my mangers help the manger a Chinese guy come to talk to me being really rude and just ruined a whole day so early in the morning , I would love to talk about this to someone because I am shocked and can’t believe how people can treat other. Makes me really think about my future at Wells Fargo. The feelings I feel Is terrible and no one should be feeling leaving the bank.

      Clean, nice staff, love the atmosphere very welcoming. They kinda lagged but everything got taken care of.

      The wait here is ridiculous!! Waited 1.5 hours to be seen by a banker to make a wire transfer. I came during my lunch break and ended up getting back to work late!! Put more people on shift or hire more workers!! Who is going to compensate me for my wasted time?!

      This branch has really bad customer service. The Hispanic teller I dealt with today was quite rude. I wish I knew her name. I deposited cash and she asked me too many rude questions. Was it wrong to deposit my own cash to my own bank account? Please don’t make customers feel like they are treated like a criminal. Instead you should show some respect and welcoming to your customers.

      This WF bank is the closest one to me, so it's convenient. I am disabled and every time I've gone there I have to wait for the 1 handicapped spot, and they allow able bodied people to use it too!

      I have always known that Wells Fargo Bank Checks are garbage, well yesterday it's even worthless than garbage. I will no longer be accepting Wells Fargo check payments. Tried to cash one yesterday and they ask for two forms of ID, that's fine so I showed them two state issued IDs. Then they have me wait so a banker can process the transaction, when he was finally available, he calls up the person who issued the check and inquired if he has indeed issued a check with this amount to this person. After all of these were confirmed to be correct, he wants more proof. They now want a thumb print. What the hell is this, felt like I am being treated like a criminal. After they mentioned that they require a thumb print, I just had it and walked out of there.

      Sucks. Someone withdraw money from my account at this branch. I have never been to CA, I have my card, my ID with me all the time. I have no idea how could someone just took money from your account ? It is so horrible and unsafe to put your money at wellsfargo bank account. I assume the banker did not verify the ID information, they just give the money to the person. How did you ensure the customers' safety ?
