  Been in several bank of Americas, and this one and their employees sense of urgency is in the drain... no one seems to like their job, and even in a room full of customers waiting in line and sitting down they are joking around with each other and lollygagging around. And no one has been greeted or even acknowledged. I know it's the day after thanksgiving but many of us had to work just like them. No one ws ts to be treated this way. As of now I can count 12 people waiting to be seen and even acknowledged, Tina and Isabella have been great, the rest of the staff are rude and any questions you have they just answer they can answer your questions at the front, but you have to what in line to get an answrr...

  Took over 30 minutes to have a cash checked with their drive thru service on multiple occasions, even when I was the only car in the lane. On a separate occasion, the clerk was very condescending and rude when I asked him to repeat something he said because I couldn’t hear clearly the first time.

  I arrived for my 5:30pm appointment at 5:10pm today Friday 11/30/18, and they are closed! No call saying they will be closing early as their scheduled closing time is at 6pm! So frustrating as I had to leave work early! Avoid this branch! Go to Desoto or Duncanville instead..

  This place is absolutely terrible. I understand the one teller thing is not their fault, BUT with that being said if you have people in your COMMERCIAL LINE get to them first. I have now been in this line for 30 minutes and I have a store that needs opening.

  Quick. Professional. I went to cash a check. Thankfully I have an account there. Went smoothly using my card and cashing a check. The lone can get long. At least there are staff who are competent. Only the patrons can change my experience there.

  This branch decided to close early on the last day of the month. It's not a holiday. I'm forced to rush to the nearest branch to complete a month-end deposit, but this other branch has only one teller and no separate commercial line. If it were up to me, my employer would be banking elsewhere.

  I have never had a bad time when I Visit my B of A. Tellers are very nice. Evey one who works there Nice People.

  Typical drive thru wait is over 30 minutes with only 2 or 3 cars in line. Customer service is non existent. They want you to do everything through the ATM or on line.

  As if there reviews are not already bad enough this is literally the WORST Bank of America I have ever been too!!! Employees standing around going to the back looking at there phones etc not helping anybody
