  I had a great experience with one of the lady tellers here this past July. I unfortunately missed my follow up appointment in September for my small business account because of a swift change in plans. Regardless, I felt an overwhelming amount of support and passion in her assistance finding me resources for small business accounts. Certainly would recommend, but wish I could remember her name and feel poorly about it. Please pay her so well whenever we resolve this mystery!

  The bank manager Donna has been the most helpful person we've ever encountered at any BOA branch. She was wonderful in helping us resolve some account issues we were having. Wonderful branch.

  Always had good friendly service every time I’ve went here. The parking lot is very large and is accessible from 2 separate streets. There is a drive through ATM and an ATM in the front doorway.

  Michael and the tellers are ok but the management is awful, while calling my job to verify my paycheck, which was totally unnecessary, they refused to let my 5 year old daughter use the bathroom. I usually use BOA in Ramsey and they're much better.

  Worst Bank of America I have ever been too. Little things always take longer than they should. The only time I don't have an issue here is when I use the ATM lol. I try to avoid using this branch whenever possible and use the one closer to my house, but sometimes I *cringe*...have to go here.

  Worst customer service I felt in my entire banking experience when I visited the place. Please don't waist your time to visit the place. The Manager is also not interested to talk with the customer and listen the customer. After an hour later I tried to contact the manager again through the phone , but the response was quite ignoring and pretending to be busy. Horrible place. Please visit any other financial center will be better. Here there is no option to do negative star so I did one star.

  Non existent customer service. Lucky if there is 1 teller working. Manager is a nasty woman. Find another branch if you must bank at BOA.

  The manager of this branch is the coldest, most unwelcoming person I have ever met. She is OLD school banking and needs to go. Renovate this dump and start with firing her.

  Don't waste your time going there, only one teller working helping one person, I walked out after waiting 15 minutes. Horrible customer service.
