  A few days ago, my wife and I closed on our first home. I worked with Nick and received excellent customer service. This was a deal 2 years+ in the making working alongside Nick. He guided me on consistent principles to adopt to make my credit score looking appealing to lenders. He also guided me on the right time to buy and got me an unheard of 3.125% interest rate.   I first heard of Nick Emanuel and his company Hudson Home Mortgage when he was being interviewed as a guest on a radio show. During his interview Nick offered advice regarding Mortgage products and the home buying process. After the show aired I reached out to Nick and spoke with him at length about my plans for home ownership. After my conversation with Nick I knew that my wife and I would not get the home of our dreams without an expert like Nick. The months of education, guidance and service we received from Nick were outstanding. He was there for us every step of the way, in such a way that eased our anxieties and helped us make sense of a complex process without ever making us feel pressured or uncomfortable. In the end Nick was able to help improve my wife’s credit score, and use his partnerships to secure us a mortgage with a fixed interest rate and PMI that could not be matched by any other lender.
