Martin Turner1Went to exchange a few bills for $100 bills for Christmas gifts. Anastasia told me there was a shortage of currency when I asked to make the exchange. Manager ran away to avoid the situation. Bank of America doesn’t have the same shortage issues.

Todd Van Gorp1Don't use the Wells Fargo Branch in Ridgewood NJ. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1993 with multiple accounts. We recently went to our local branch in Ridgewood NJ to dispute multiple overdrafts in the same day for our son who is in college. We started a conversation with a person in the front office who was unable to help us so she got the Branch Manager Luis Ramirez. His customer service skills were at a 0 level (Wells Fargo should improve this). Instead of taking the time and sitting with us he just stood there and proceeded to tell us what we did wrong with and what he can't do. I told him that we would contact Wells Fargo directly and he was fine with that. Really? I asked for his business card and he went back to his office and never returned. I stood in front of the person we started with and asked is he coming out with his business card. She went back and returned with his card. He never came back out! So I guess he did not value Wells Fargo's business with their customers or anything else. I went home and spoke to a Wells Fargo customer representative who was able to explain in detail everything with the account and received a concession on the account. I then went to the Wells Fargo branch in Fair Lawn NJ to close the account and they were very understanding and a delight to work with. Wells Fargo lost a customer for life! I guess they are doing very well considering all the press they have received in the past week.
