  Bank of America has the worse customer service of ANY bank in the area. Closed Banks for months, limiter staff, no regard for customers time!! Heaven forbid you have a business and need change of a wire transfer. Good bye Bank of America Hello Wells Fargo.

  While the boa branches in the area close super early, the employees at this location are great. I was closing an account, but it was nice that the staff members were so impressionable and capable. I've lived in a lot of places, so I've experienced my fair share of boa employees. Jeremiah was friendly and helpful on the phone, when I made my appointment to meet with Beverly, as well as when processing my withdrawal, and A.M. Vanessa checked in with me immediately upon my arrival. Beverly was not only professional, but hospitable. Another woman was there who also seemed gracious. The branch wasn't particularly crowded at this time. but I am sure their kindness shines in times of stress. Great team. Thank you!

  I had an issue with a paycheck and Michelle, the branch manager, called the owner of my company to resolve the situation immediately. I went to a different branch earlier and recieved no help. The best part is I'm not even a Bank of America customer! Great customer service!

  One teller, and one drive-thru ATM that is broken. This location should be closed. If BOA refuses to pay more than one teller, or install another ATM, or even fix the existing ATM, then they should do their customers a service and close their doors.

  The worst customer service I've ever experienced. 15 customers and only one teller on the clock, while the other teller stood in a corner and then hid in a room and didn't come out to help

  My grandson deposit his local payroll check and they put a hold for seven days we ask why and they tell us is confidential and give us the reason that he has a insufficient funds in the past even that rhe account is open for several years The bank officer was 'very unpolite with a 21 year old young person specially when the bank is charging you $35 dollars for the mistake and still making money and now they will use that money and making very hard to the ones that they live check by check.I hope this bank will be less greedy and more customer friendly

  They don't have a drive through and don't have enough tellers inside. Poorly managed. Have been a boa customer for years, disappointed.

  This place has horrible customer service, Managers has no respect for customers timing, nor how the customer feels. If I could just give half a star I still wouldn't glad I'm closing this account
