CJ1Worst Bank ever!! Do not bank with them! I deposited a payroll check and was told my funds would be available the next day.....then they had to hold it for almost TWO weeks!! Bad business with this bank! Do not open an account with this bank ! And poor customer service who can’t even help! Even the 800 number can’t help you. This is the worse bank I have ever dealt with! As soon as my funds are available I’m closing this account. I have seven employees who all will be closing their accounts as well. Goodbye Fifth Third!! Go to TD Bank where you get treated like a customer!!

matthew thorp1Absolutely terrible. I am refinancing my property and was told 30-60 days until close. I am on day 100 as of today. My mortgage loan originator is Wendy Barbosa and she could care less about meeting deadlines. I would strongly advise against working with fifth thirds in any aspect. Unfortunately for me if this loan gets done I will be stuck with this joke of a bank for 30 years.

Doug1Terrible bank, please don’t do business with these folks. I had a dealer commit fraud and change the terms on my loan. FifthThird wasn’t concerned about this at all. Now I’m trying to get a payoff quote and I’ve been hung up in twice and when I finally get a hold of someone they refuse to email me a quote. Fax or verbal were better options for them. Absolutely unacceptable for this day and age, get with the times Fifth Third

Darion Young1Absolutely unacceptable banking practices. Why do I have to wait four days to get my payroll deposited when any check cashing place that I've never done business with will cash it immediately. They say you are a valued customer but they don't actually mean it. They are rude and uncaring. This would be zero stars if possible.

Sakeia Wingate2This branch has the worst customer service, slow and unprofessional! As an avid 53rd customer, I am very disappointed that I was asked to give my social over the load speaker in the drive-thru- extremely compromising to my personal information and as a bank employee you should know how to better handle the situation (this coming from a previous universal banker of 5 years that switched to become a teacher). There is usually always a bit of a wait...15-20 mins. and the staff is unfriendly. I have tried giving this branch a handful of tries to better their overall customer service but every time they fall short. Managers need to focus on this with the staff.

BGore Consulting, Inc.1Terrible customer service, for their 4 N Beach Street branch, Ormond Beach, FL I've tried to open an account 4 times, and it seems they just don't want new customers. First time, after sitting for 20 minutes, no other customers there, guy (manager?) in the back corner office, with all the windows looking at me, I left. 2nd time, similar, only 4 branch people there. Wait wait wait, leave. 3rd, same. Just now, 4th time, SAME FRIKEN TELLER (middle aged blonde, self-important) says "make an appointment." This time, 5 people from branch there. FIVE!!! Having a meeting of some kind. Two of them looked right at me, including the manager in the plush back office with all the windows, and view of the river. Zero customers, as usual. Now I know why. She could have called out, "Can someone Help this guy open an account?" and they all would have heard her. Nope. She says to make an appointment. Told her I've tried several times to do this. I said, "Why didn't you tell me the other times to make an appointment????" I called their customer-no-service line, took 3 tries to get through(!). Lodged a complaint about that branch. Asked for a regional manager to call me directly. First google review for me, ever. I've been a WF customer 22 years, fed up with their service, need a new bank. Fifth-Third doesn't want it. Business account!!! As other google reviews indicate, there is something seriously wrong with that branch, and maybe the whole chain. I'm calling Clark Howard tonight to go on the air and say the same thing.

Brenda Cohen1“Mace” is very Condescending which translates to Rude in my book. I enjoy working with Kristen at this branch, but today Mace came out to do a wire transfer. He didn’t speak just asked, “What’s the transfer “FOR”??” Emphasizing “FOR” and I told him simply, which was not good enough. He asked again. Then, I explained it to him. At any rate he was not friendly, never said “Thank you”, “Have a good day.” Or anything, he just walked out and got another customer when Kristen was finished. I guess that it doesn’t matter that I have been a customer for years, or that I was paying for the wire transfer, or that I rarely walk into the lobby and ask for anything at all. I don’t even deserve the common courtesy of a “Hello, Thank you or It’s a pleasure to see you.. or Nice to meet you.” I was the only person in the lobby at first and it was early in the morning. Hey Mace..... I’m not Demented, Drunk or on Drugs and I take a bath every day and wear clean clothes so I don’t deserve to be treated like that!!! I’ll drive to The Daytona Branch before I come back in there for any of your Rude Behavior!” Thanks! Brenda Cee

Jack Mitchell1By far the WORST customer service ! Over 41/2 hours on phone to ask a simple question about auto pay! Finally went to Ormond Beach branch ( Granada) to see if they could help! Jade, the girl that help me set up account , avoids me and helps someone else , behind me in waiting! So after waiting 25 minutes for another clerk to help, now waiting 1 or 2 Days for him to get through to customer service for an answer! Not going to that branch because of Jade ( the last person that should be working with customers) and not calling, just notes by mail, not worth the aggravation! Whatever you do Stay from 5/3 bank ! ( there is Vystar- Space Coast - and even Bank of America is not as PATHETIC as 5/3!

Michelle Main1I would give ZERO stars if I could! Worst customer service from banking center Manager that we've encountered in 50 years. Inept and not knowledgable enough to handle the job. Two different Managers in as many years and both useless. Bank elsewhere... We are now!
