  I dont know how Amy and Tanisha do it. This company needs to be paying these ladies very high wages. To always have 1 teller and a line to the door is insane. You cant make people go digital and if that locale sees customers still like the brick and mortar, they need to honor the clientele they have. But they also need to treat the tellers like humans. Shameful that there can be 3 people behind desks and 1 teller stuck behind the line. If I didnt have to come for business I wouldn't come at all. Sad.

  This is probably the WORST bank I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Everyone has a different story about how a loan payoff works, the branch cannot give any information because everything has to go through corporate. WHY? The loan originated at the local branch!!! Why can't I get any information about it there? DON'T do business with BoA if you can avoid it.

  Worst bank around...closed the drive-though 5yrs ago...which made it nearly impossible for folks like my dad who's health was such that walking inside and standing in line was something he couldn't do...then they would have 3 people sitting at desks and 1 teller working with a line out the door...NOW THEY'RE CLOSED DOWN since Mid March over Covid-19...SMH...those tellers were behind 1" Plexi and more protected than any of the folks working in the grocery stores...BoA is the WORST....I am telling everyone I know to switch to BB&T!

  The worst bank EVER!!!!! Stood in line for a hour to be seen inside . Why have only two tellers!!!? I wish I can give no stars !!!!!

  They have raised the cash limit on the ATM, which is awesome and meets my needs!
