  This bank is a joke, I had an appointment with one of the Merrill Lynch representatives for Friday and all of the sudden the bank is closed!!! The never called me to reschedule or cancel my appointment. Getting my money out of there today!

  Super long & slow lines during the social distancing. Guard outside did his job perfectly but why only two to three tellers open in this pandemic. Should open all tellers and work faster. They work as slow as snails. Pre-Pandemic never had a problem there even if long lines existed. Just not happy to have to wait so long in this kind of environment of scare to do a simple 123 task. Come on BOA get with it and hire more tellers. Speed it up!

  I have been a Bank of America customer from 2008 started my account in Texas. This location in California for Bank of America is by far the worst. There is never more than 2 tellers at this location. Rest of the Bank staff who are supposed to help customers always sit on their Ass and never help tellers when there is a huge line of people. They sit there and look pretty. One word "Horrible" is what defines there service. I am closing my account today after being a customer for 9 years, and moving my business to Citibank for the same

  It's 10:15 am standing in front of business banking line. No teller here. Look at the picture. Hours 9am - 11am. But someone is already on break.

  start calling corporate start letting them know how scott the manager is of no help and trains their employs to refuse service to as many people as possible and just any other issue you might of been going in for it might help to bring this horrible establishment and others to end. Bank with chase is my recommendation. they are discriminatory especially if they see you have an unemplyoment benefits card. it is under boa and they try to send you to other banks to get your cash. my suggestion is you take out the minimum through the atm and call corporate and leave your one star review here.

  This bank has been improving overtime now they have like 3 employees at teller service and they are awesome very friendly, and surprisingly quick. I don't bank with them but just to cash checks and this is far the best BOA I have been imaging that.

  This branch needs to add more tellers, seems like they dont care about customers time because no matter if theres 1 customer or 15 waiting in line I never see them have more than 2 working at a time.

  Pray that you never need to go inside, because you'll most likely be in for quite a wait if you want to speak with an actual person. On the plus side, the bankers themselves have been very professional and friendly from my experience. I would recommend trying to find a solution on their website since BofA has been computerizing things for years now.

  This mexican lady with glasses, she is so nice, professional and besutiful also! She is so sweet! 🙃
