  Wendy was amazing! Not only did she work really hard on our loan, but she was extremely knowledgeable. We like to be informed consumers, so we ask a lot of questions. Wendy answered them all and always with a smile! She made herself available whenever we needed her. And even our real estate agent said she’d like to work with Wendy again because of how easy she made the whole process. I can’t imagine how she could have made our experience better. When you’re buying a new home, you want peace of mind, and Wendy provided us exactly that. I would recommend her and Fairway to anyone. Thank you!

  We have worked with Melanie Carter for our original home purchase and now two refinances. Melanie and her team are TOP NOTCH! For our latest refinance I started the process with our mortgage company thinking the process would be smooth and seamless. Started the process in APRIL and by AUGUST the process was still not completed! I immediately called Melanie who was able to help us out and within a month of contacting her team and her finalized our refinance. I have kicked myself for not contacting her sooner since I was already familiar with her track record. Needless to say, I would recommend Melanie, hands down!
