      I WAS a platinum member I will be closing my accounts and moving to another bank this branch isn't customer service friendly branch. Phones are NEVER ANSWERED TELLERS UNDERSTAFFED. GOOD BY. After many years of dealing with Bank of America at location in my old neighborhood and relocating to the area were Salisbury Md is the closest branch to my home.

      I could not get any help today. I just needed a simple signature and the branch manager couldn't even help me. I was late picking up my son from school, took a quarter a day off work to wait in this office for 2 hours and nobody could help me. I also tried calling at least 20 times today and nobody would answer the phone. I am beyond frustrated.

      Everytime I call, nobody ever answers. There are always only two tellers in there when I go and the lines are constantly backed up. You mean to tell me out of all the people in there, nobody can answer a simple phone call? Unbelievable.
