  God speed to you if you ever have to deal with these people. Completely incompetent. Spend 30 mins on hold just to have the rep disconnect the call and not call me back. Called back and spent another 45 minutes on hold just for them to tell me they were unable to be of assistance. Worst customer service experience ever. I would rather speak to a cable rep for 3 hours than endure this again.

  I’ve been getting spam phone calls. This is what the voicemail says, sometimes I get 5 calls in a row!!!! I never sent an online request? STOP CALLING!!!

  At 1st I thought was a bogus credit pull but turns out the date coincides with a new mortgage application a year ago. So looks like my lender used them. Gave 3 stars because NO details were provided on credit report to explain who they were-had to do research myself.

  Ran my credit without my consent. Will be reporting you to the BBB. Never applied for loan with your company. Now my credit will take a hit because of this.

  It took multiple calls with multiple representatives to "update" our credit score. The loan owners didn't understand the questions they were asking and the representatives couldn't explain the questions they were asking.

  They pulled my credit without my authorization and knowledge. Please go lock your credit to prevent something like this from occurring to yourself.

  I have had to deal with this company to submit employee information. They are horrible. Complex forms with no clear direction on what portions need to be completed. Had to go back and forth multiple times, because every time I sent it back they would add something more I needed to compete. Any banking institution that uses this company is one I will be sure to steer clear of.

  They run's credit report without consent and they will say it's their client did it. When your client runs you need to ask them to upload the consent right. Stupid systems. They dont care about review

  These people deserve no star at all:( First their HARD pull on all three credit agencies shows up after three months ruining my credit in the very crucial time.... Second, they want my written request/authorization to investigate into their lousy mistake. Really, we do not even dare to call you when we mess you up by our incompetence but now we need your letter and 30 days to inquire into it???

  I am trying to talk with credit plus about the fact that in 2019 someone ran my credit without my consent and my authorization, I called three times and explained my situation and they transferred me to another line and after waiting more than 15 mts they closed the call .
