Didn't update their hours on Columbus day...drove 30 mins here for nothing.

Trying to close my deceased father's account. BofA has made the process incredibly difficult and time consuming, unlike his other two banks which made the same process easy. Meanwhile, BofA is still charging my deceased father a $25/month service charge. My teller, "Leslie" became extremely rude when I asked why she needed to scan my driver's license in order for me to make an appointment to see a notary at the branch, and spoke to me as though I were some sort of problem customer because I asked. What an insult. This would never happen at my local US Bank branch. It's a state law in California that I have the right to know how my personal is being used. BofA will never get my business. For those of you who like this bank, have you ever banked anywhere else? There are MUCH batter banks out there. Google, where is the zero stars option??

Long wait only to be humiliated. Due to Covid I lost my job and am now receiving unemployment insurance which has definitely humbled me. The teller was very nice until I handed him my government issued debit card. He spoke to me as if I were someone who was worth nothing to society. I definitely have more empathy for people who are struggling and down on their luck because I never want to make anyone feel the way he made me feel.

This was the most dehumanizing experience I have had ever. (Edit) - It took me a while to be able to verbalize this without anger. I was told by a branch teller that she would not cash my check because it was likely fraud; said she wouldn't cash a check that was made out for more than she made in two weeks. Not my problem. I had valid State ID and an account with the bank and really didn't know what to say without making a scene. I tried a few time to convince her that it was legitimate but she wouldn't take it and acted like she was solving the crime of the century. Wouldn't get a manager or proceed any further. In short, corporate finally resolved the situation with lots of apologies but honestly it did nothing. I still remember this transaction as one of the worst I've ever had as a human and only really use automated machines and online banking from then on.

Been coming here for over two years and I've never been treated as nice as when I come here. I also love the drive up atms. It just got the new touch screen atms too. But is is a bank so be aware there are long lines sometimes.

I worked for Bank of America in the 60's & 70's, and have continued to maintain a high regard for their standards and personnel. I was very happy there & saw only good dealings & courteous treatment by the officers & staff, always going out of their way to put customers first. I would recommend Bank of America & all of their branches & businesses to anyone.

Very rude. When the rude teller treated me like a jerk, I got very frustrated and she said, "There's no need to get angry" She then went back, told her manager, then he took me out front, refused to give me my ID back or my debit card, stuck it into the machine and told me he was going to show me how to check my balance. And this whole time he acted like *I* was the jerk for insisting he give me my cards back. If the bank manager had your ID and refused to hand it back, wouldn't you be upset?

Been a customer since 1977, This location has been borderline non functional as of late. They seem unwilling or unable to employ enough tellers to meet demands. So people stand outside in 100 degree heat for up to an hour. Selling my BOA stock
