  The people are the best and most helpful at accomplishing your goals. I wish they had branches everywhere. The Branch in Chico has an ATM outside but you want to go inside for the friendly welcome you get every time you walk in the door and they know you by name, I like that.

  I love being able to go right to a teller window when I come in. The ladies at the Chico branch are always warm and helpful and address me by name. I do miss being able to call the branch directly since the change, but love the extended hours! Wish there was an ATM for weekends and holidays.

  Ever since Butte Federal became Self Help, we can no longer call any of their offices directly. Every phone number, both Chico and Biggs, get auto-routed to "the Call Center". There is no more personal touch, and when recently trying to check on a Christmas loan, there was no way to reach anyone in the Biggs office to check the status of that loan. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! What used to be excellent service is now just another mind numbing automated system.

  Been banking with them for 20 years now. Always happy and friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better customer service and people that truly care about our community.

  Horrible horrible customer service experience. After this process is done I will NEVER do business with them. I have called numerous times and no response EVER! Not even extension numbers work. This company is a joke.
