  There simply is not another bank that provides individual support and personal attention to its customers. The branch manager Randy at Tri Counties on Pilsbury exemplifies the level.of service that extends far beyond what anyone could expect . Whether your account is stately or meager, reguardless of age, race or color, Randy has, and will act, with your best interest at heart. The understanding and considerations he has shown to myself and my clients should be noted in his personelle file and commended. He has proven to be financially innovative and solution oriented. Its is with extreme gratitude and appreciation I will remain a loyal customer at Tri Counties. For their fiscal capabilities and the personal considerations generously applied by the 5 ☆ branch manager Randy.

  I have been with Tricounties bank for around 5 years. I opened my account at the Penn Valley branch. They were very courteous and friendly. I have since moved to Chico and changed my branch to the Pillsbury Rd location. Since I have moved I have had bad experiences. I have found them to be unfriendly and unaccommodating. Good customer service doesn't require that you are accommodating but it does mean you need to be courteous.

  I talked to a man by the name Patrick. He was amazingly, sweet, kind, and very very helpful. I felt like i was talking with a friend who put himself in my shoes. I very much appreciated him.

  Yet to have a problem with TriCounties, I've been using them for a few good years now. When my card was compromised they were quick to freeze the account and return the money to me, as well as I got my new card pretty quickly too. Staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I have to go into the bank in person as well.

  As a retired network security engineer I am appalled that your online services security certificates are either 1) Compromised or, 2) Expired. Either case is unacceptable. Seriously, as a Regional bank you let this happen???? Why don't you have your head of IT call me. You have my name and phone number on file. Unexcuseable!!! My relative was the head of network security for the largest bank in the U.S. and Europe. He didn't believe me when I told him!!!

  I would like to ask you to extend thanks to Meg Helms, the Banker that helped me open my account. She made me feel like a Rockstar when I wanted to open my account. She handled several hiccups with tact, grace, and elegance.

  Have had nothing but problems, since opening my account. Wasn't told I could expedite my lost ATM card, I work out of town during the week and there is no Tri Counties bank where I work. Wasnt told I could get a temporary ATM card and they mailed my new card to to wrong address, and didn't offer to expedite a new one to me for free. Horrible customer service when you call in. The lack of information given to customers is appalling and very unprofesional. Very poor customer service on every level!

  the most corrupt transactions allowed to take place on your acct.and the they don't give back money to acct. after telling you to file claim and within 5to7 business days money should be back in your acct.there crooks, liars,and corruption of all banks ever.do not trust your$$$$ in the hands.

  Just please save your time and a headache don't get an account with this bank. I wish I did and went with another bank. I don't mean this branch at all it's there system
